I love pizza hut it always is really good but this location sometimes is hit or a miss on how much you get topping wise or if they get your order correct I been here several times for pickup and only had 2 mistakes when coming to getting the wrong pizza order I ordered one supreme and one meat lovers and got two meat lovers which isn’t too bad but still wasn’t what I ordered but I still ate it since it’s really good
So I’d be cautious if you care about the wrong order but otherwise I like this location but now I’ll be checking my pizza before leaving 2 mistake is enough 3 mistakes would be on me next time but otherwise not a bad location.

Wow. This location just needs to close at this point. It’s only been downhill for the last few years, close up shop and just leave the space for a restaurant that ACTUALLY CARES about it’s employees and food. I placed an online order tonight at 8pm. I ordered a small pizza, bread sticks, and a 2 liter. Imagine my surprise when the only edible thing was the 2 liter. I’ve posted images below of the pizza and bread sticks. The pizza which had pepperoni and cupped pepperoni you can see the cupped was half brown and tasted like motor oil, absolutely rancid. Pizza was doughy in the middle. It was so easy to tell that all my food had been poorly prepared and soaking in leftover grease and used cooking oils. Oh and the best part? When I walked in to pick up my order, no one was at the stand, but I heard both the workers (an older lady and a younger tall lady) chatting and giggling and laughing in the kitchen. Three times with my booming voice did I yell “Hello?” And three times I met no answer. I had to WALK into the kitchen to get them to notice me. The younger employee acted surprised and said something along the lines of “oh I didn’t know you were here, sorry I was busy chatting while working!” As if any work was being done. So yeah, thanks for reading my review because I genuinely hope no one else orders from here, god forbid get sick even because I know if I ate my food I would be. Overall, absolutely done with this location, been going here for years, but enough is enough.

I’ve given this location 5 attemps at making good pizza and I’ve got 1 time that it was actually good. My biggest complaint is there is NEVER enough sauce on the pizzas. When ordering the pizzas I specifically select extra sauce option on my pizzas and even in the comments I write ” Extra sauce on the pizza please.”. Everytime I get no sauce. Today we decided to try again and ordered 2 pizzas. Both had almost zero sauce again and the BBQ chicken on literally had none. It tasted like I was eating bread with cheese and chicken with a hint of BBQ sauce .. it was horrible. And once again I asked and selected extra sauce. Huge disappointment…..

2 out of 3 pizzas ok. But this isn’t the first time a pizza I ordered with white sauce is an awful mess. I even ordered light sauce to try and avoid this. Called back and they offered to remake it… but wouldn’t deliver. If I could have picked it up I wouldn’t pay the delivery charge… in about a week I might get a coupon in the mail. $50 for no dinner…

Avoid at all costs. This Hut hasn’t gotten our order right about 9 times in a row. Understaffed, workers don’t care. Worst one of all I’ve ever frequented. This one has turned me off to Pizza Hut forever.
Update 12/20. I tend to like my cheese melted and not crunchy and dry but that’s just me.

Ordered on the app an 8 piece buffalo, 8 piece teriyaki, and 16 piece BBQ and got 6 buffalo and 24 BBQ no teriyaki! Then was told it was an app order so nothing can be done. This is not the way to do business.

Poor quality food, terrible service.
From the moment we walked it, it was made abundantly clear that this restaurant is not interested in dine in customers.
Walked in to no greeting, only “ what are you here for?”…me,”dine in”… server, “oh… long pause…ok”
Question to server” can I get some ketchup for my French fries?”….answer ”we don’t have that”, ..”can we get silverware ?”… answer “yup” and one set was brought to our table of 5.
When one in our party hadn’t received their food several minutes into the meal…me, “is their food coming soon?”… answer “ yeah it’ll be out”.
My opinion, for what it’s worth. Either staff your restaurant appropriately and actually provide the service and quality of food that a dine in establishment should or close the dining room and just do take out.
Honestly, the food quality isn’t worth take out, let alone dealing with poor service for the meal.
Definitely never returning!

Customer service and speed were fine but the product is just super poor quality. Little Caesars offers a better product. The beadsticks are more like bread loaves and the pizza sauce is basically tomato juice. The cinnamon sticks had the most skimpy coating of cinnamon I have ever seen. If I was not at home there’s no way to eat any of the ‘sticks’ without ripping at them randomly.

Walked in with my kids and absolutely no one was there customer wise the worker came out of the kitchen and asks can I help you? I said do you have sit down dining she rolls her eyes and said yup. Took our drink and food order… food comes out she places the pizza on the table and walks away said absolutely nothing and goes back to the kitchen… comes back out 15 minutes later to check on us i ask for boxes and the check brings the boxes hands check and completely disappeared!! Usually when someone wants their check and boxes they are leaving pretty soon we sat there 30-40 minutes nothing we stood at the entrance making the door bell go off over and over again and a worker that had just walked in came and helped us then miraculously our server comes out and says so sorry I got distracted and giggles seriously!!! I was a server for 20+ years you could have made a great tip off of me. You in no way deserved even the 5.00 you did get from me I just won’t not tip that was the first time we’d actually done a sit down restaurant in years and it sucks my kids chose there. I definitely don’t recommend eating here.
