This was the worst pizza experience I have ever encountered. I placed an order an hour prior to arrival for 14 pizzas, and when I arrived, none of them were ready. The staff says that they never even got the order, Although I showed them the car on my phone which lasted eight minutes. If I never placed the order, why was I on the phone for eight minutes? Whe I complained and asked for a discount, they told me that there was nothing that they could do without the approval of the manager. I even asked for extra pizzas to compensate for the inconvenience and they refused. They have employees dressed in pajamas and bonnets. I wouldn’t suggest anyone go to this location!

Jeff was extremely rude and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I arrived at 9:36pm and he told me he couldn’t serve me any food because they close at 9:30. I mentioned that it states that they close at 10pm online and he said that’s for every other Little Caesars location BUT this one. He said he hasn’t closed at 10pm in years. Overall, terrible experience as a customer at this location. Would never come back to this location ever again!

We door dashed a pizza and a few other items from this location. Three pieces into the pizza my boyfriend bit into a plastic tooth floss pick that was cooked into the dough. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, a toothpick or floss should not be anywhere near food prep areas. The store phone has been ringing as busy and the customer service line is closed for the day. I will be filing a complaint with corporate the moment I get in contact with someone. I have added photos of it both in the pizza slice and removed, where you can obviously tell it is slightly melted and was cooked in the pizza. Whoever’s toothpick it was deserves to be fired and should never be allowed near a kitchen again.

First of all they forgot my sauces I orders a deep dish pizza and it came with raw dough I was so looking forward to eating my pizza to come to find out it was raw but I’m stuck at work and that’s unacceptable do better on your food services.

The gentleman with the glasses I guess he is the manager is very rude ,argumentative disrespectful and just plain rude. Brought an hot and ready pepperoni and Italian bread. I stay right down the street literally 2mins away, I got home and the pizza was burnt and hard as a rock. My husband went back up there and the guy tells him that it’s gonna come out the same way and wasn’t nothing he could do about it.
I don’t care if it’s $1 or $100.00 I work hard for my money and I should receive fresh food every trip. Ridiculous. Will not come to this location anymore I don’t care how close it is

I’m not sure of the man’s name that works the register but he’s an older Caucasian Man. He is so rude and seems like he doesn’t enjoy his job. I usually go to the Harvard location near 71st and they’re always nice. I went to this location twice in the past month only because it’s next to Wingstop. The Man literally wouldn’t let me finish my question before cutting me off to say my order is in the kiosk. My question was, which I ask at the other location all the time, can I pay for Garlic butter and parm. When I asked the 2nd time he said how many do you want to buy? I said, I want it on top of the pizza. He replies we don’t do that. I said all the other locations do so what’s the problem? He proceeded to say I can buy them and put them on there myself. I was so upset, I just left out. I hate when people have bad attitudes that work in customer service.
