I go to this spot almost every week. I enjoy the staff and the food is always good. I appreciate the attention and enjoyable atmosphere. Austin, Lou, Bree are amazing managers All other staff members are great to be around. And the bartenders Erin, Ashlee, Sara, and Tyler are super attentive to customers. There are very few places in the country that has a number of staff that come in to eat where they work. This place has a number regulars and will all talk to each other and accept new people. I recommend this place for it’s location and service.

Kacey was awesome! She was super friendly, on top of everything, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. Our food came out quick and hot, and she checked in just the right amount. You can tell she actually cares about her customers. One of the best servers I’ve had at Applebee’s — she really made the experience great!

Ordered from this location in hastings, minnesota, a few months back I had a bad experience then. My order was screwed up and missing items.
And now I order today order missing items and then.When my wife tried to eat her salad, that was missing the chicken and had the wrong dressing.She found a big course black hair in it. No one in my household has course.Black hair. And this was, after I spoke with the manager who told me that she would be unable to get the remainder of the items that I ordered delivered to my house.
Needless to say, all $58 of my food is going in in the trash tonight.Their management was unable to help me because I did delivery.Which they used doordash for. DoorDash driver was fine.
So if you want to not get all the food you paid for possible food poisoning.And somebody’s hair in your food, go ahead.And order food from this place.

Food was not great, cold.
by the time the kids meals came out everyone was half way done with their food. I asked for the manager. While our waitress got him he looked at our table and went to the kitchen after five minutes of waiting I walked back by the kitchen and heard them talking about our table.
The manager wouldn’t state his name, so I asked our waitress and she said ” Austin”.
I’ll be reporting this to the GM and corp as behavior of talking about your customers while they are there is unacceptable and the service of meals coming out five minutes apart is unacceptable.
Party of 7 adults 2 kids.

Food was good, but the service was very slow. We ended up asking them to box it up before it even arrived do to our children running out of patience. Was not a busy time, so not sure why that happened.
Staff was friendly and the food we brought home was good. I would give it another try.

The perfect Margarita maybe had 8 ounces in it. Ridiculous price for a small drink. It was mostly ice in the 14 ounces metal glass.
Salmon, over cooked, one tiny lemon slice,and yes it tasted fishy.
They were out of the double crunch shrimp
