I had a decent experience at the McDonald’s in Oak Point. The service was okay, and the place was clean. Their chicken sandwiches are much better now compared to a few years ago. The food tasted fresh, and I was happy with what I ordered. Overall, it was a good visit.

I ordered two meals. After waiting 20 mins, forgot the happy meal and when I got home my son opened his “ chicken nuggets” to find no nuggets and spilled sauce. I’ve never been to such a terrible McDonald’s. This one is only a couple mins from my house so we had gone a couple of times and every time there are issues with our order. Absolutely ridiculous.

I went today at 7:57 am i ordered a large coffee with 5 creams and 2 sugars. The coffee was cold, very bitter, and old. If they dont have coffee ready they should tell me if rather wait for good coffee. Around 2 weeks ago i bought a small coffee with cream and sugar and they gave me an americano with cream and sugar. I waited around 8 minutes for it.

I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s but NEVER have I been to one that ALWAYS gets the order wrong, is overpriced, cold food, flat pop and it takes FOREVER to get your food. This one is a mile or so from home so many times I’ll stop there, not anymore. I literally asked for a plain sausage biscuit. She confirmed, the screen said sausage biscuit. I finally get my food and pull off. When I reach in the bag I notice the biscuit is folded in half and exposed because it’s poorly wrapped and there is a slice of cheese on it. This was the straw. I’ve let it slide too many times. I have walked into the store too many times to correct my order. They just can’t be this incompetent. Do yourself a favor and go to the next Mickey Ds. This one is just not worth the headache.

Dining room wasn’t clean. Not a single table clean. Forced to order at a kiosk. 0 interaction from employees. Not busy at all but somehow I’ve had way faster kitchens at a sit down restaurant. How is this alright for a new place?

I swear this place is so unprofessional and crappy. Half filled cartons of fries, called them out on the empty kids meal fry container which they filled after the fact. Had me pull up for my food. After waiting I left when they finally brought the food only to realize I see more printed fries on the carton then what should’ve been edible. I called and explained my frustration. The manager who ” felt uncomfortable” providing his name as he stated said I could come back. Yeah… let me fight this traffic and circle back. Inconvenience the customer instead of making sure a job is well done providing the service the sold me. Place is a joke.

I ordered from this McDonalds and the drive thru associate response was “What did you want?” I repeated my order with frustration due to waiting in line for already 10 mins. The drive thru associate then has the nerve to say “Ok. Chill Bruh.” Like I’m one of his little friends. They then have me pull into a mobile order spot and wait while other cars received their orders, mind you I only ordered a burger and fries. I then had to go in and get my order that was sitting the whole time. McDonalds train your employees to have better customer service skills like Chic fil A.

I decided to download and use the McDonald’s app due to a coworker telling me about the deals on the app. Mind you I’m not an food app person and have no other food app on my phone. I order the my food and on the app it says you get a free large fry with a purchase. I go inside and waited like 10 minutes for my food at the mobile app counter. In that time another African woman came in saying her food was cold, and asked for the food to be remade. 30 seconds later an African American male came inside because his food was wrong. I finally get my food and look in the bag. No fries! The person I was dealing with was the manager. I said hey I have a large fry that’s supposed to be in the bag. He says I didn’t see it on your ticket. He never showed me a receipt. I showed him on the app where it said free large fry. He then told me I needed to purchase another item to get the fries. I told him you see right here on the app it says free fries. I said if you’re not going to honor it just give me my money back. He said tap your card on the reader for the refund. I tap it and said wow this is how you treat your customers?!? You should not be in a leadership roll AT ALL! I said I’m going to call the corporate number this is ridiculous! I call the number and provide all the information. She asked for a name, I go back inside and politely wait for him to comeback to the counter to give someone else their food. While on the phone I asked his name, he replied I’m not giving you my name. I asked again and he said no I don’t have to give you my name with the lady on the phone! How bold is that?!?!!! I said you hear him he don’t want to provide his name! She apologized over and over for my experience, not only was this a terrible experience. But also now wonder was this because I’m African American?!?? Stay away from this location. The manager is a very short Hispanic guy with a sleeve tattoo on his arm. I have NEVER experienced such poor service from a restaurant, and from a manager is even worse!!! I don’t ever wish bad on anyone but this guy should be totally 1000% FIRED!!
