Let me start out by saying we drove up to pick up our mobile order and the door was locked! It was more than 30 minutes till 10. We ordered 2 TOASTED sandwiches and they were both not toasted, the cheese was not even melted the slightest, and our sandwiches weren’t cut. I guess the phone call/FaceTime call was more important. Huge disappointment, we ordered at this location by mistake and boy was it.

Im 40yrs old and have never in my life felt the need to write a negative review, until now. I walked in for lunch to order a sandwich. There was a mother and son checking out; i was the only other person in the store. There was only one employee working, a middle aged black woman; i didnt catch her name, but she was the manager. She was not rude initially, but right off the bat I felt like she just wanted me to get in/out as quickly as possible. When we got to the veggies, I asked for extra pickles. She ignored me and moved onto the next veggie. For a 2nd time, I politely asked for extra pickles. She told me “this is enough pickles”. I responded saying, “well that’s your opinion, but I want extra pickles”. She then told me she is the district manager and that policy is for 6 pickles on a foot-long sub. I then politely said, “okay, I’ll pay for the extra pickles if that’s my own option. The lady then proceeded to tell me that this was “Not an option, and that there was nothing she could do to add extra pickles on my sandwich”. Keep in mind, I was only asking for 4 of the possible 10 veggie options that were available, so giving me a few extra pickles should more than compensate for me not adding lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, jalapeños, etc. I am a non-confrontational person, so I kept it polite the entire conversation, but this engagement was absolutely ridiculous.
To make things worse, the mother/son that I mentioned earlier, I witnessed this lady give the little boy a FREE cookie. It just so happens that they were African American, as was subway employee, and im a 40yr old white dude (Veteran, if that counts for anything). I could be wrong here, but Im pretty certain I didnt get my extra pickles b/c of the complexion of my skin.
Needless to say, I’ll never be going back to this Subway location again.

Avoid this location at all costs. Horrible customer service. The manager has a really negative attitude. I ordered via app, got a confirmation email and time it will be ready. When I got there at the noted time on email, the guy behind the counter said order hadn’t arrived from app. I showed him my email and app confirmation. He refused to make my sandwich until the system sent order, I offered to pay again and get a refund, and he still refused. I walked out and called to speak to manager, she was nasty and argumentative. She finally canceled the order .
I will never go back. Stay away…..

The amount of meat served on a sandwich from this Subway has gotten absolutely ridiculous! I don’t know if they can’t read an order, can’t measure properly, corporate has tied their hands, or just don’t care at ALL, but they are no longer worth the money. You can get 5x the meat for the same price elsewhere. And Mike’s tests better. But that’s a different conversation. 3 times now, I have ordered a double meat Philly, just to receive LESS than what a single serving should be. I took pics the last time and will attach it if I can. No matter the response, I will NEVER order another Subway sandwich. There are 100 other better places at the same price.
So this is double meat, huh? Get ripped.

I was there on 2/13/26 around noon. I ordered a 6 inch veggie sub. After my 1st bite I noticed a nasty taste. After a few more bites I figured it out. The black olives were NASTY!! I took all of them off and ate the rest, which I shouldn’t have done. Other than the rancid olives, the only thing I could taste was the salt. The guy must have put a tablespoon of salt on my sandwich. This was by far the worst Subway sandwich I have ever had. I should have taken it back and got a refund. As he was putting salt on it, I was walking to the register or else I would of stopped him. That guy needs to learn how to make a sandwich and they need to throw the rancid olives away. On top of that, they do not brew iced tea at this location. I will definitely go to a different Subway next time.

We have been to this location a few times in the past and said we are never going back, but decided to order on the app at this location anyway thinking and hoping changes had been made. Rude manager lady, and our sandwiches were incorrect AGAIN. Tried to call, straight to voicemail. That’s it for us. Don’t waste your money at this location.

This has to be the wost subway , poo quality of food , the never have bread choices and won’t let you customize sandwhiches ( according to staff I can call the owner ) it’s his rules. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for a sandwhich

They’re out of cheese, just about out of chips.
The workers don’t seem like they’re happy to even be working.
The owner is here hosting about all the subway.She owns, but it seems like every time I come in here.It’s always something they’re out of eat or out of cheese or something.
Not sure why I keep coming back.Maybe because it’s host the house.And when I went subway, I don’t have to drive twenty minutes.
Really would like something to change here.

We don’t like attitudes And each time it’s a different person and not a welcoming face. Prices are more if you don’t tell them even for the same thing you order . They need to hire some good friendly people. We don’t care about price if they deal nicely.
