I love them. I had a customer appreciation card from the previous owners of the Downtown Decatur location that was about four years old and I forgot I had it.
They no longer use those cards but the clerk was nice enough to honor it — this time.

I did not recommend this location whatsoever. they told me that the delivery time was 30 minutes. I received it an hour later cold I called the manager he told me he was only willing to give me $15 back. I paid 20 in tip so where does that add up. For the record there are 1.9 miles away from my location. It’s no way my food should’ve been cold at all. The cheese is not right as you can see in the picture below.

Ordered pizza for a customer. They were very happy but what impressed me was Quinn going above and beyond to take care of my extra needs. You don’t get that from your average pizza shop. Thank you Quinn for the water. You saved me with Tesla!

The pepperoni pizza was too spicy and not good. The cinnamon squares are tasteless and tasted almost like bread.

I received a fully cooked cheese pizza with all my toppings. Sausage, mushrooms, bell pepper thrown on top. I spoke with the manager who stated that he’s just answering the phone but that the order was cooked incorrectly. I’m so disappointed that this is the type of product that you’re selling to consumers. No refund was offered nor did they try to remedy the situation. Terrible Customer Service!!!

Awful experience on Sunday night that left my pregnant wife and I without our food. We were next door at the emergency vet, and had placed an online order to pick up once were discharged. I placed order and estimated pickup was 9:57pm. When I walked over following discharge at 10:32pm, the door was locked and I could see employees cleaning (who could also see me) and none of them would let me in to pick up our order. I called and could hear the phone ringing and watched 3 employees walk by the phone without answering even as I gestured to them that it was me calling. Awful customer service, poorly run store, don’t support.

Love the food but the service is trash. They will leave you on hold for 20-30 minutes when the store isn’t even busy and if something is incorrect, the staff has a lot of attitude to give. The cook in the back with his dreads back in a covered bun had an attitude because my modifications weren’t done correctly, he told me he would not make my pizza again. He touched the pizza without gloves. The young man at the register with the red colored dreads also had an attitude after he left me on hold for 15 minutes while the store wasn’t busy. Everyone except this one gentleman who just wanted to resolve the issue and smiled. I wouldn’t ever go back though.
