I came here earlier for a nice quick meal as i do very often, yet have never had this issue. I arrived around 11 to grab a quick bite to eat. I was surprised to see how little this staff cared about serving people of their community. I opened up my food to see it was basically thrown in the wrapping and it wasn’t even what i asked for. I couldn’t even eat it. Very disappointed as i come here all the time.

We come here for price and atmosphere,no screaming children.Today it was 33 outside and about 50 inside.my chicken fingers were made yesterday and it was so cold in the dining room the food got cold before we could eat it.Won’t go back til spring.

The service was great from start to finish. Every employee had a smile on their face. They were friendly and helpful. They did not act like they hated their job or would have rather been doing something else. The food was great as well. Overall, it was one of the best fast food experiences I have ever had!

Staff is always polite and helpful. We enjoy having brunch on a regular basis at this Bojangles. Food and tea are always delicious. Looking forward to the next time.

Staff was great and everything was clean. We went right at noon on a Friday. While I expect fried chicken to be sitting in a warmer, items such as French fries and boneless chicken breast can be dropped when the customer orders if business is slow. I understand some people prefer not to wait, but I had to wait on my tots anyway. My chicken Cajun filet was old, discolored, dry and chewy as well as my daughters fries but the biscuits were great. Overall I love Bojangles but when it’s not fresh it’s just not good.

While our food was great, we were shorted one side. We got over that part. The most concerning part was the staff. They were so disrespectful. We went inside to pick up a carry out order and the staff was cussing, dropping extremely vulgar language from the counter to the kitchen and vice versa- complaining about management. There was only one young lady working who was asking them to stop because customers were there but they continued with no regard to us.
