Ordered a chicken and rice bowl and I received what looks like throw up. Chicken is burnt. What happened to taking pride in your food/work.
Edit: spoke to a manager and was told the only thing they could do it to come back at another time to have them remake it. I don’t want anything remade for me from this establishment. Absolutely appalled!!

Update 11/05/2024 Thought i would give this Bo location another try and over to hell disappointed. Got the Steak biscuits and the biscuits were hard and the steak dried,,,,,Went from worse to worser Nope to the hell nope don’t go her the chicken I got was like it sit overnight in grease and was so chewy, no taste and the biscuit was dried out !!! Totally disgusting I was going to take it back but the front drive through lady was arguing with one of the front line workers, don’t need no drama going into 2022 that’s just $12 dollars I lost Nothing against Bojangles company just the people at this location isn’t doing right or following Bojangles protocols.Now the Bojangles in Belmont,NC is got the best of everything they’re biscuits melt in your mouth and everything there they sell including they’re thirst quenching tea is perfectly prepared

Bo is always good. They have a 8 pc. family meal for 18.99$ after 5:00pm! That’s awesome. Always quick fast and hot. I got a Bo-rito today.

I ordered three biscuits, only got two. Also ordered some Bo berry biscuits my favorite only to get home and find they were hard as a stinkin rock. Just really disappointing to spend your hard earned money on something that should be up to expectations but actually is terrible. Won’t be going back here. And this is a regular location for me. I also tried to call to see if I could come back to get the missing biscuit and no surprise there was no answer.

Please don’t waste your time going to this location in Dallas NC. I thought after a year they would have a management that knows how to fry chicken But HELL to the NO!!!! Mac & Cheese tasted like baby food (No Taste)(No Flavor)(Mushy) The Seasoned fries were dried out and cold & Not Seasoned. Sweet Tea Always tastes like brown water with (No Sugar)
