What happened to you guys? You used to have amazing wings. Now they’re extremely small and there was almost no sauce at all! We started going to you guys as our exclusive pizza place about a 2 years ago. We have never had a bad time…until tonight. The wings were an absolute letdown. I can’t say that we’ll be buying wings from you again. Spent almost $40 on the wings and about 40 on the pizza’s. I feel like the $40 for the wings was a complete waste. I will say that the pizza was wonderful. It’s the only reason I didn’t file a complaint.

Just wanted to say, Ethan is such a nice guy and very helpful. He really understands customer service. My sister is in town visiting, so we ordered pizzas for pickup. We went to pickup and the delivery driver mistakenly had taken ours. Ethan quickly remade them, gave us a refund, and some soda to make up for the wait. He was kind and very helpful. We appreciated him. Give him a raise . Aside from that, Papa John’s is so YUMMY.

I ordered a pizza and this store used “Door Dash” as a delivery service. Unfortunatly the Door Dash drivers car had abreak down and was unable to deliver my pie. I called the store and the manager informed me that they were making me a new pizza and having one of the store employees personally deliver my order. I recieved my order a little late, but it was hot and fresh and delivered with a smile and an apology. Great service, good food, what’s not to love?

Im a delivery driver and pick up often from Papa John’s. I always receive the best customer service from the Layton location. One employee that stands out the most is Craig!!! His customer service and professionalism is exceptional. He is always so friendly and apologies if and when there’s ever a delay with an order. The manager at the location is great too!! Thanks Craig for all you do, Keep up the great work!!!

Got two 10 inch pizzas and garlic nots! We did delivery, and they were quick and the food was super hot! Loved the service and the food tasted amazing!

Wow. this has got to be one of the cleanest stores I’ve seen in a long time. Super organized, well put together, easy to find. Ordered a couple pizzas and was extremely happy with everything. Customer service was top notch and person (Jordan I believe) behind the counter was very professional. Definitely coming back here again.

I ordered a veggie thin crust and they missed half the pizza with the toppings. I would say a quarter of the pizza didn’t have cheese on it. On the Hawaiian I ordered it with extra cheese and meat and pineapple and it arrived as a standard one nothing extra at all. And Still missing cheese in places. I can get better quality at little Caesar’s and more toppers for a quarter of the cost. These two pizzas were over 40$ and by far the worst I have ever got at papa John’s. I tried calling twice today no answer on the phone but I want a complete refunds.

I was just casually walking past, and Ernie the manager walked out to offer me 50% off just for being there. Great guy!
The store employees were nice guys, they said Ernie regularly does stuff like that. And it’s 50% off when BYU win a basketball/football game!
