This place has seen some rough years as of late. Used to be better maintained and run. But they still get the job done when it comes to pizza. Pizza is a pretty greasy but good on flavor, sauce and crust. Breadsticks are still top notch but the dipping sauce is less thick than it used to be. Also there is an extra room for larger parties or events. Service is okay and food is made fast. Location is great and parking is limited.

Very disappointed in the Scottsbluff Pizza Hut. I had placed an order for the diner box on their app and on the app and for my pizza I ordered a Pepperoni and I received cheese, I had called in twice about this mistake. The first time I called in I spoke with a really nice girl who said there side was different and when I explained to her I am looking at the receipt on my phone and app and maybe there was an issue with the app she was very friendly and said ok no worries I will get you a new one right away and asked for my name, phone number, and address which I provided to her. She told me ok she will get one sent to me right away. Well an hour passed by and still did not receive the pizza so I called in the second time and the gentleman who answered was EXTREMELY RUDE!! Before I could even explain anything to me he cut me off saying “I dont even know what you’re talking about.” I tried again to explain to him what the issue was and he yet again cut me off this time yelling at me at the top of his lungs that he had no clue what I was talking about. I was finally able to explain the issue to him after several attempts and him constantly cutting me off and yelling at me. And he said well no we are not gonna deliver you another one because for one I am just not going to and don’t know what you are even talking about and for two we don’t have any drivers. I again told him the issue and he yelled saying “fine what is your name. Gave him my name and he said ok you had the diner box which I told him yes and he said I am seeing cheese for the pizza and I told him I was looking my phone right now and have two receipts both saying the same thing and he continued yelling at me at the top of his lungs saying no I am lying. I explained to him the gal I spoke with and he said well she has no right trying to honor your request and I will talk with her but no I will not honor a new one for you because our end is more correct than your receipts. Explained maybe there was an issue with the app and then the worst of it all he screamed at me again at the top of his lungs, “SHUT UP CAN YOU PLEASE JUST SHUT UP WELL I TALK TO YOU CAN YOU DO THAT.” I was so shocked being spoken to like that and requested he not yell at me and he changed his tone but said I don’t know what to tell you but no I’m not helping you and honoring your request. Sad that I will never be ordering from them again but just wanted to leave this review to save someone the hassle.

Couldn’t even get an order in. They asked me to call back in 5 minutes or order online. There was a bug or something because everytime I’d try to check out, my cart would just clear. Called back to order from them after waiting 7 minutes instead of 5. I explained the online situations and requested to order a carry out pizza. She then told me again I’d have to either call back or wait. I waited 10 minutes before finally hanging up. Can’t say what the food tasted like, because we didn’t even get that far.

Ordered delivery to an address a mile down the road…. had to wait an extra 30 minutes for Door Dash to come out of Gering. Had I known they were going to use Door Dash, I’d have picked the damn thing up myself.

After reading some reviews the past few weeks, I wasn’t sure we wanted to try it. So glad we didn’t listen to those reviews. It was excellent! The service was fantastic and the food was great for the price. At least 5 different times someone came to our table and asked if everything was OK, if we needed more napkins, anything more to drink, took empty plates away, etc. They even asked if we wanted a to-go cup for our drinks. The entire place was clean and everyone friendly. That’s what service is supposed to be like. Seems like people working forget that service is so important. We will definitely be back again. Thank you Scottsbluff Pizza Hut staff for a job well done.

Staff weren’t attentive, they were more concerned on being on their cellphones and having their air pods in than actually making the lobby was clean, customers were being taken care of etc.
The staff were also being loud, yelling in the kitchen and screwing around.
Food wasn’t fresh, not a lot of variety on the buffet. Sad because this place seems to be slipping again.

Ordered at 6pm got message 12 min later the order was ready got there and it was the wrong order waited to get the correct bread sticks to go with the pizza and 748 still not the correct order pizza now cold they didn’t know how to give a refund will credit phone number so payment still got charged to me and never got the bread sticks and got a very cold pizza. Dianne was nice but manager was not. Not happy and out 30.00 and 2 hrs of time waiting for nothing.

Ordered pizza, wings and cheese sticks at 4:40 pm and it’s been over an hour since we placed our order and 45 mins waiting in the drive through. Called at 5:20 and they said 10 more minutes and it’s been 30 mins. Spoke to an individual named John and another male. Had not ordered Pizza Hut in a while due to long wait times. Will not be ordering it again.

Natasha the manager was so helpful and super nice. I ordered the wrong kind of BBQ pizza, and she made it right immediately! Super friendly and apologetic. Pizza hut is very lucky to have this lady working there! We’ll be back for sure!! Pizza and wings were AMAZING!
