My granddaughter ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese stuffed breadsticks. It came burnt, the pizza and the cheese stuffed breadsticks. I called Domino’s #7277 and spoke to a team member. She was very nice, and said that she would send another out.We waited and then I just happened to look out the front window and the pizza was on the porch. No one knocked to let us know it had been delivered. The pizza was cold and they didn’t include the cheese stuffed bread. Who ever cooked and boxed that first order knew better. I will never order from #7277 again. As a person that has worked in customer service all my life, y’all need to do better.

This place is TERRIBLE! It has to be the worst Domino’s in Greenville county. I’ve tried them 3 times while at work and each experience is worst than the other. The only reason I’m giving this a 1 star is because my delivery driver, Caide, was great. Bread not toasted/ cold. Pasta sauce cold and laying on top of noodles. Veggies on sandwich hard. Sandwich in bare box. All other Domino’s line the box with paper. They all need to be retrained or replaced on the night crew. They do not care about the product they send to customers.

My pizza SAT for nearly 1 hour before it was delivered. Think about sitting your pizza put for an hour on the counter before you open it to eat. Yup cold. What’s Also awesome is the app showed the driver stopped “at a grocery store” for about 8 minutes. Last domino’s order. Do better.

This location doesn’t seem to understand how the app works. I was heading over that direction and knew I was going order a pizza so I checked the pickup time on the app and it said 7-12 mins so instead of ordering I waited because I needed to run a few errands first. I placed the order about 10 mins before I would be there and the app still said 12 mins. I submitted the order at 1158, the tracker said it went in the oven at 1159 and then the tracker said it was ready at 1207, but when I went inside to get it they had not even started making it and there were other orders in front of mine that also had not been started. Had they just used the app correctly to adjust expected wait times and to note when pizzas actually went in the oven and actually were ready, the experience would not have been nearly as frustrating. I don’t mind waiting on a pizza but don’t tell me it’ll be 10 mins (via the app) and then 10 mins later tell me it’s ready (via the app) and then make me wait another 20 mins once I get there. Really frustrating experience. Manager offered $5 off the next order but only for that store, which doesn’t do me much good as I was only in the area visiting family for Christmas.

Drivers were friendly and 100% on time. Pizza was good. Bread bites and cinimon twists were good, as were the brownies . There is no way the loaded tots are worth the $$, the container was half empty. I forgot to take a photo.
The ‘heros’ for 9$ are pathetic. There was 3 pieces of chicken, maybe on each half. And when I say pieces, more like a chunk, or a strip. See for yourself the photos should show the level of failure of this locations definition of a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Sad

This is a really good Dominos. I moved to a diffrent area and the Dominos isnt half as good. Perfect amount of sauce, not greasy, tossed to the perfect size crust. Salute to this Dominos

We ordered 2 of the pasta bowls. It’s been awhile since we’ve had them. When I opened the container, I decided I’d never order them again. It wasn’t the taste. They tasted good. But when I tell you they are skimping on portions! Bowls weren’t even half full. I feel like I wasted my money big time!!

Third time we’ve come to this location between 12-2 pm and received our order 10-15 minutes late and the employees mark the order complete so we receive no compensation even though dominoes has the 2 minute timer! First time the pizza was completely wrong, second time we got the wrong food, and the third time (today) we received undercooked bread drowned in oil/grease. This store needs some serious changes to their staff. Will not be returning!

A few weeks ago there was an incident where the app was messed up and lots of people showed up for pizzas that weren’t ready. It was utter chaos. But tonight’s pizza was the best they’ve made for us in a while. Yummy and fast. With the carryout deal you get a lot of bang for your buck.
