Came back again 2 months later and still no change. Disappointed with Consistent Early Shutdown
Cordova is listed to close at 6:30 PM, yet now I’ve come in well before closing—like today at 5:45PM—only to find the grill already shut down and certain menu items, like quesadillas, no longer available. If you’re open until 6:30, then operations should run until 6:30, not 45 minutes early. It’s frustrating to plan around your posted hours and still leave empty-handed. This has become a repeated issue, and it’s disappointing from a customer service standpoint. Either adjust your hours or follow them.

First time eating at this location and first time eating Qdoba in years. Took my wife there to eat as this was her first ever time trying this food. Needless to say, we definitely will be back! They had just opened 30 mins before we arrived, the food was fresh, the employees were very helpful and the place was clean! 10/10

I’ve been down here for 7 years and didn’t realize there was a Qdoba here until recently. I have been traveling to Virginia to enjoy my favorite bowl. Didn’t realize it was on the base though, so now I have to plan a reason to to Virginia.

I work as a contractor on FT. Jackson and I have been coming back and back to QDOBA almost every day! Sometimes twice a day or more lol.
I guess you can say it’s more of an obsession. The food is always fresh and hot! And the vegetables are ripe and juicy! The staff is amazing!
I especially want to give a shout out to Tammy! Her work ethic is unmatched! I have seen her deal and navigate the rudest and toughest customers with the upmost professionalism and have them leave with a smile after the service she provided!
Tammy always pushes her team hard and makes sure her workspace is clean! I have seen her start and end shifts and she gives it 100% the whole way through. As I stated above I eat here a lot haha.
I have never seen anyone more skilled at rolling a burrito I swear she makes it look like art! I promise you will not be disappointed after she’s through with you and you’ll be coming back for more and more like I have!
Seeing Tammy work and smile through the busiest lunch rush always brings joy to me and reminds me that if she can handle all of that chaos and make it look like a well oiled machine I can do anything!
She’s a motivator and I hope she receives the Praise that she deserves!

I ordered a bowl with black beans, shredded cheese and fajita veggies to go, and would have said something if I inspected it before I left, but they literally filled less than a quarter of the bowl and charged me almost $10. The first and last time I’ll ever go to Qdoba.

On base food court. Lines were long. Staff was working hard to keep up. Probably could have had another counter staff person with an assertive facilitator. The food was good.

Worst Qdoba I have ever eaten at. Actually, worst burrito place I’ve ever eaten at. Absolutely disappointed and felt like this was a total waste of money. Not only was my burrito child sized, they also didn’t have any kids meal options like other qdobas do, their tortillas were stale, the chicken was dry and hard, the queso and corn was ice cold. I feel bad for the people that eat here as their first qdoba experience. I promise. The ones in Colorado are outstanding and worth going to

Tiffany is probably the most rude employee. And honestly she only shouts and yells for you to pull up your mask if you are a certain race, certain other races go unnoticed in her eyes. Tiffany. Do better at your customer service, especially when you serve americas hero’s everyday. There is a better way to say things and you should uphold you “standards” for all customers and not just the ones u don’t like. I will be contacting corporate.
