Very expensive over $30 for 2 bowls filled with mostly rice & corn, beans, a little bit of meat chicken or steak just a bunch of fillers and guacamole, sour cream. It tastes good to me because I love Mexican food.
My son got taco’s and absolutely did not like them.
Definitely do not get the salsa and chips (it’s a tiny cup of chop up not finely, not at all like salsa)
This place is a rip-off very expensive rice.
I will never do it again.
Whoever owns it is getting filthy rich selling you a bowl filled with 75% rice.

Usually never have an issue, they were out of queso and when i asked to cancel the order the manager was so unprofessional and literally argued with my husband, told him to call 1-800-CHIPOTLE and walked away from him. It was just so unprofessional and rude. We understand you run out of things, but it’s the way you handle these situations!

Ordered a cheese quesadilla with guacamole, mild salsa, sour cream, and brown rice. Didn’t receive my rice, the guacamole was brown, and there some sort plastic piece in my quesadilla.

I ordered the salad and had it delivered from Chipotle. I have ordered many, many times and while I have had several bad experiences at this Chipotle, nothing could have prepared me for today. I was delivered absolute SLOP!
I ordered a salad and cannot even find lettuce!
Additionally, the bowl was full of liquid.
I tried to drain the liquid and found the meat was completely slimy.
I have called Chipotle and they hung up on me. I am back on the phone and 40 minutes later have no resolution.
Unbelievable!
My purchases with this store are finished and I will NOT be recommending this Chipotle to anyone I know.

Today for lunch I ordered from chipotle and had it delivered through door dash. When I got my order I opened it up and my bowl was half full! How does this even happen. I guess if you want a full bowl you have to actually go into the store and watch them make it.

I was very hesitant coming here since I’ve had some bad experiences with chipotle in the past. I was surprised the chicken bowl was as good as it was. The children’s dish was also good and the chicken seemed cooked ok and not over or under done. I got a large bag of chips and it seemed like I was shorted a bit. I’ll probably try it again in the future but am still a little skeptical. Id say it’s hit and miss, so take your chances.

I think people must only leave reviews for this Chipotle when they have a bad experience. I have eaten at this Chipotle dozens of times and have never had a bad meal. The food is fresh and delicious.

I can honestly say over the past 4 years I have had around 100 burritos at Chipotles around the country, literally from Washington state to North Carolina, New York, California, Ohio, Utah, Michigan…..etc EVEYWHERE, and today at a little chipotle 12min from my house I had the single best burrito of my life, ik that doesn’t seem like all that crazy of a thing to happen but my day was kinda sucky and it made me do a 180, in fact it was so good I went back in and got another.
That aside, this specific location is always smiling, kind, quick, clean, and ready to help! Love this place! Gives me another reason to love my home town of Salem, OH.
