Excellent fare of Mexican food. Far beyond any of the big chain so-called Mexican restaurants. They prepare authentic Mexican at a very reasonable price.
My favorite dish so far is the California Enchilada. Smothered in sauce and cheese, it can easily feed two adults. Very much worth the price.

This is another of Schuyler’s famous restaurants! Quite authentic and if you are not a local, the food items are partially exotic (although the town is increasing in its Latino / Hispanic / Mexican population). The food is great, and priceworthy. Do not be fooled by the picture, this is a taco truck, and it moves often. The owners however have put up a temporary shelter (in the picture) with picnic tables for those who wish to stay and eat. This is a quintessential Schuyler experience!

Great spot for authentic mexican food. Have not found anything comparable in Omaha. It’s always a treat when we are nearby. Friendly staff, great selection. Highly recommend carne asada tacos, nachos, and quesadillas. Make sure and get some green sauce.
