They are always so quick to make my order always say good morning with a smile when I walk in and my drink is always amazing. The Barataria location is awesome and I love them the drink and croissant makes my morning.

There were only 3 employees working. One guy struggling to make all the drinks and the other chatting merrily with a customer at the window and one manager working on a laptop trying not to make eye contact. I waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged, almost left.

This is my last time visiting this location. This has been my go-to for 20 years. My order was supposed to be ready. I got the notification it was ready, placed the order 20 minutes ahead of time. My drink was there, the food item wasn’t, I asked if it was ready, and got a “they are working on it “ every one came and went with their items, waited patiently for another 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Asked again, no one had the order, I left without my food and drink complete waste of my time and money. This is has happened on Several occasions I will never return.

Coffee was made right but it took almost 20 minutes to get the order placed and received. Then due to the parking lot being so small the delivery truck had us blocked infor another 20 minutes. 45 minutes for a stop that should have taken 5…rethinking Starbucks as a whole, maybe a competitor does it better
