Everytime i order online i get a message saying my order is ready. I show up 5 min later and my food is still not ready. Always tell me to wait 5 to 10 min. I dont understand why i have to always wait 5 to 10 more then the actual time??? I understand if it was one time because they were busy. But everytime??? THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS I just got home and one of the pizza was not even cut! Like seriouslyyy.

I had a great experience from this location. I ordered on 1/21/2026. My order arrived fresh and hot last night and the delivery driver handled my order with care. My food was delicious.

This is by far the worse papa John’s in the country. The employees walk looking down to avoid eye contact with guest to not assist. The pizza slices are ridiculous. I hope they are out of business soon.

Ordered online for 6:00 pickup. I checked the check online and order was already. I went to pick up. The pizza is in the box just sitting on a shelf. Nothing to keep it warm. Was cold when I got it home. Their is plenty of other pizza options in this area. I am not planning a return here. Their is a Little Caesars one building over. For the price you can’t go wrong.

Jeff and the crew saved the kindergarten holiday party this year!!!! A competitor dropped the ball and I was scrambling less than a day before to get the 5 promised pizzas ready and delivered before 10:30 am on a Friday morning!!! They were hot, fresh, and at the school by 10:25!!!!! You can’t get better than that. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

I’ve ordered twice now from there and I can honestly say there won’t be a third time. Both times the members of my household and myself have gotten sick. I see some one else posted they got sick as well. I think this store needs to be investigated.
