Me and my boyfriend just went through the drive thru here and it was a ridiculous, frustrating and concerning experience.
For some reason what we ordered took like 15 minutes even though they told us 5. They had us pull forward to wait away from the drive thru window, soemone behind us already got their food and needed to leave and they asked us to move to their parking lot, the problem is its a right turn only and their parking lot is on the left side of the building, I told them we can’t do that, we would have to drive into on coming traffic and she KEPT insisting that we go there and saying “its ok” I kept telling here its illegal and dangerous then she told us to just drive onto the sidewalk? It was clear engligh was not her first language but I feel like anyone should understand that’s highly dangerous and illegal, again she just kept telling us to do it. I told he no repeatedly, she left and had another co worker come out who told us to do the same thing! Again we kept saying we are not doing that. I dont understand how 2 employees could not understand that what they were telling customers to do was not only illegal but dangerous.
They finally said to just part in the restaurants lot next door, which is ABSOLUTELY reasonable. We waiting 10 more minutes and I finally went inside to see what was taking so long. Many people had been in and out and served during this whole time. I told we have been waiting for over 15 minutes and you never gave us our change, she tried to say we paid with card multiple times till she “remembered” we paid with cash. I watched them take most of pur order from warming overs so I still have no idea what took them almost 20 minutes to “cook”
I doubt we will be coming back to this location. This was just ridiculous and madness. To have multiple employees telling customers to do illegal actions is WILD.

Food wasn’t brought out for 40 minutes. Went to counter and and they had the food sitting in a bag on a counter for some reason, but left off the fries and Mac and cheese that was ordered. When asked to provide them, was given two fries and no Mac and cheese. The manager never made an appearance to apologize or explain.

Was really disappointed and not satisfied with my large meal and would really like someone to reach out to me for a refund or perhaps a remade meal. They forgot my utensils, so I had to eat Mac and Cheese with my hands. The chicken was extremely greasy and clearly had been sitting for a long time. There was no honey or butter included for the biscuits, which were dry and stiff. Will definitely be open to changing my review if I can get some customer support. Please reach out.

I’m 8 months pregnant and have been craving root beer, so I purchased the $10 A&W mug for unlimited refills. I’ve also used valid coupons for free small root beer floats that were advertised right on the store window. Unfortunately, one employee (Louise) has repeatedly shamed me for using these promotions, making comments that I “drink too much root beer” and that I’m “making the company go broke.”
His remarks were embarrassing and humiliating, especially as a pregnant woman just trying to enjoy a simple treat. When I told him his “joke” wasn’t funny, he became defensive and later refused to let me get my refill in a plastic cup—something other staff had always allowed. When I went in to speak with the co-manager (refused to give her name), she brushed it off and refused to share any contact for higher management.
I left feeling humiliated, uncomfortable, and completely unwelcome at a place I had genuinely enjoyed visiting. I hope corporate looks into this and ensures customers—especially expectant mothers—are treated with kindness and respect.

I ordered a large cheese curds and they mistakenly gave me a regular. They offered to make me my large but I was late to get back to work. Bruce told me he’d be there all night so when I got back a few hours later him and I think Ben (?) ended up getting me my large and a bunch of sauces. Made my night. Thanks guys!!

They are OK. My burger had old onions and they tasted old. I should of taken it back. I asked for no pickles, of course pickles and burger and fries were salty, I ended throwing it out. This location uses the KFC fries for the meals, which is the only redeeming quality when not old and salty. The onion rings were fried twice instead of just giving me fresh ones. They DON’T CARE what they give you here. I will make them do everything over or give me a refund, if I ever go back there again. Horrible.

I was the only person there, no line inside or out and yet I received cold food. Burger was basically thrown in the wrapper since lettuce was falling out as I was pull the burger out of the bag. I also ordered chili cheese fries and only got cheese, no chili. Extremely disappointed and highly recommend going somewhere else.

My gf and i drove out of our way to come here after a trip we had to canada and we missed getting A&W up north. To our surprise the states dont have single A&W Locations as this was a KFC hybrid however the amazing service from Marcus and Louise and amazing food made the drive well worth it normally fast food places only get a review if the food is bad. The expierence my girlfriend and I had was by far a quality worthwhile expierence.

It is sad to see this place struggling. One of the few remaining locations to get an A&W Burger and Root Beer. Staff are always super friendly. Not sure why there is pressure on drive thru wait times as you will most likely be asked to move even when there is no one in line.
