Ordered two bowls for 18$ the other one is just as bad, I came in a whole 30 minutes before 11 and they have literally nothing there and don’t tell you till after you are ordering. I should’ve walked out after seeing what they made. No veggies no queso no corn ran out of beans no vin-egret no actual portion size, they also just stare at you like they hate you the whole time

I only go here because it has the drive through, but I’m so done. This location constantly gives out small portions and forgets the items on your order. They even threw a metal piece in my food and just said “oh well” no refund or remake. Do not go here unless you want to throw your money away.

After a 2 1/2 month hiatus, I stopped by Chipotle today and ordered to go, which tends to be the more economical option. Upon returning to work, I began preparing my meal by making two tacos with extra tortillas. However, as I was assembling my third taco, I was dismayed to discover a hair in my bowl, which instantly ruined my appetite. I was able to get a refund after work but i’m probably not going to return to Chipotle. I’ve been growing my hair out for over a year now.

Highly dissatisfied with the quality and service of this location. I ordered a chicken bowl with extra chicken and a chicken quesadilla online to go. The quesadilla is supposed to come with 3 sides (I ordered double white rice and chipotle vinaigrette) but I only got one side of rice! This is very disappointing because I only get the quesadilla to go with the vinaigrette. If they don’t have vinaigrette they should state that on the app because I wouldn’t even order this item if I knew! The bowl didn’t even have one order of chicken in it and I ordered and payed for EXTRA. It barely had any food or even rice in it and the assembly of it was disgusting! There was a clump of cheese nothing dispersed evenly. Very disappointed I payed full price + extra for double chicken and I got barely anything on BOTH of my orders. There needs to be more quality control at this location because this is unacceptable and considerably a SCAM.

I literally never write reviews but the service was so terrible I couldn’t help myself. I sat in the drive thru and waited in front of the window for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. There were two employees standing right next to the window but neither of them took the 10 seconds to acknowledge I was there and give me my food. Eventually one of them opened the window and just said “name?” And handed me my food which was probably sitting there for the entire time I was waiting. Get your crap together pls.

•asked for a touch of hot sauce, not a heaping spoon.
Got home to a pregnant wife with food chips were stale and needless to say very salty, she just threw it out. The one by Home Depot on University is definitely better.

Worst experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant ever. Ordered 2 bowls online. Nothing was right about either bowl. Right name was on the bag, orders were just wrong. Also ordered a side of guac that I did not receive. The amount of protein in the bowl was also the least I’ve received at any chipotle establishment ever. I will never be returning to this location and am considering never going to chipotle again. Food isn’t even that good in the first place. GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION PLEASE.

I was going through the line to get two to go bowls and there were a lot of people working on the line but it wasn’t that busy. One of the guys misheard me and the other made a snarky rude response about what I asked for and I corrected him kindly and apologized for the confusion and he rolled his eyes at me and said “yea okay”. Then the him and the girl next to him were asking for me to make both orders at once and were confused. The girl packaged it too early while I was still getting stuff for the bowl and when I apologized and said “oh I’m sorry I also wanted lettuce for that one” SHE ALSO ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. The woman checking me out was older and seemed like a manager so I mentioned that the people on the line were being a little rude and disrespectful and she said “yea that sucks”. Oh that’s so helpful!

I went during the bogo deal and i understand it was busy! After I was asked “anything else?” I asked for a side tortilla and was immediately mocked right infront of me. The worker said “why do people wait till the last minute” with a face and laughed with another coworker. I understand the frustration but for the next 3 minutes they laughed and mocked me and continued to make comments infront of me as if one comment wasn’t enough. The comments and jokes could’ve waited till after a shift or in the back but to laugh and mock a customer is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
