20 minute wait for a coffee and sandwich on a Saturday afternoon. Storage container where they keep the food was open with birds flying in. Coffee was not good and starting to become gelatinous.

This place is drive through only so they should be able to be efficient with just this, but unfortunately they aren’t. I’ve waited at the drive through at various times during the day for up to 10 mins, ordered ahead, and when I get up to the window, they have no idea what my order is and get it wrong even when I tell them my name.

1 Of the junk place in Danbury I see in my life. The manager attitude very bad. After I order more than 15 minutes I am waiting for my food and they give me the wrong food I was very sad the service and they don’t know what I ordered.

Small DD with limited seating and selection. Staff was friendly but put 4 donuts in a bag on top of each other – upside down frosting on frosting!!!, By the time I got home they all melted together and looked unappealing. There was a time DD cared about quality and customer experience but that’s long gone. There’s a million places to get coffee and donuts, go somewhere else where they care.

Smallest and cutest Dunkin I’ve ever seen its a drive through only and we showed up a hour before close and got the best service the fellow at the window was the most personable and amazing service worker I’ve ever witnessed at a Dunkin.

Horrible service. We got there and noticed a sign on their menu saying stop being rude. At first, we found it funny. We waited like 10 minutes for somebody to take our order on the drive through and nothing happened. We drove up to the window and noticed that there was a staff in there, an African American female to be exact. She was on her phone acting very careless. Other cars were on the drive through waiting but she didn’t respond to anyone. She wants people to be nice, but she needs to do her job period. I think management needs to take some sort of action since this store has the lowest reviews ever!

There was a girl working there and when I went up to the speaker I mentioned my sister hadn’t completed an order. Then she said “ok” and nothing else. When I got to the window the man was very understanding about it. Absolutely no cars behind me and I heard the girl say “next tell her she needs to order ahead” every time this girl is here she is always very rude. This was around 2 on a Tuesday. Not all employees are nice there and makes it seem like it’s a burden when I simply want to order.

Worst strawberry dragon fruit drink i had ever try it was so simple it didn’t have any strawberry or dragon fruit taste it just tasted a little bit like a Unsweet Tea!
