Extremely poor customer service and food management.
1. Constant shortages of food items: only picked up here twice, and each time sth was out of stock (once chicken and beef, another time flatbread). No prior notification was given, and the app showed my order as “ready” (which was not, and i cannot cancel the order or get a refund because of this misinformation). To make things worse, this branch has no working phone despite listing a number on the app.
2. Staff is really rude and unprofessional—always sitting inside scrolling on her phone and reluctant to assist customers. On top of that, she shouted at customers, thrown receipts at customers, and very stubborn/ or stupid in handling lack of food.
I will not be returning.

On Friday, October 31st, 2025 at approximately 8:52 a.m., I walked into the Subway located inside Walmart. As I entered, the employee working at the time came out from the back, looked at me, and said, “Jesus Christ,” in a tone that suggested frustration about my arrival that early.

I asked, “Do you not want customers at this time?” and she replied, “My nose is stuffy, allergies.” It was clear that wasn’t the real reason for her comment, so I decided to leave. As I was walking out, she added, “It’s allergies, buddy,” to which I responded, “Have a good one,” and exited the store.

I understand that everyone can have off days or moments of frustration, but expressing it so openly toward a customer creates an uncomfortable experience and discourages people from wanting to stay or order.

Went in around 740ish and was told he wasn’t taking anymore customers, that he was to far behind and didn’t have barely any ingredients like if it says 9 you should be open til 9 not close when you feel like it, I can’t close my store down if I’m behind I have to stay later to close it

I’ve tried every subway in town, and been let down nearly each time until today at this location. I came in today and finished my whole meal. I want to brag on the sandwich artist working right now. She was polite, got everything right and proportionate (no stuff falling out) and I’d like to note she has been working this entire time. No phone or anything, rare these days. I typed this at 1:00pm 5-22

The worst Subway I have ever been in my life.
The food was bad and I didn’t even get a soda because the individual didn’t have the thing turned on. I called and come to find out they don’t even have a working phone.
I did try and get a refund but no one has ever called
So I don’t ever want another Subway

Most ghetto Subway ever. The ingredients on my sub were ice cold. The lady behind the counter was dismissive and didn’t listen to a word we said and on top of that she over charged us on a six inch and charged us double. Never again will I waste my precious time or money at this terrible so called restaurant.
