I am beyond furious with the experience I had at Domino’s Eastvale Location — hands down the worst I’ve ever had, and honestly, I’m still shocked at how poorly it was handled. I ordered two pizzas: one medium hand-tossed with garlic parmesan sauce, premium chicken, and black olives, and the other with marinara sauce, chicken, and black olives. Sounds simple enough, right? But when I got home, I was absolutely appalled by what I found.

The garlic parmesan pizza was a disaster. A quarter of it didn’t even have cheese on it — just dry, swollen dough — and to top it off, there was no chicken at all. Instead, it was mushrooms. I didn’t order mushrooms. My kids were the ones who noticed and complained, which is unacceptable on its own.

So what do I have to do? Drive all the way back to the store to get this fixed. And you’d think, after clearly screwing up the order, someone at Domino’s would apologize and fix the mistake without question. But no — instead, some guy at the store starts nitpicking that the pizza had a slice missing (because a child had removed it, obviously — I didn’t think I had to bring that detail into a pizza return process). Because of that, he says he can’t replace it. Excuse me?

I tell him it’s their mistake and they need to correct it. He reluctantly offers me a “credit for next time” — but I didn’t come back for a future promise. I came back for the correct pizza that I paid for. I refused the credit and insisted on a replacement. After waiting 15 minutes, he finally gives me a new pizza but has the nerve to tell me this is the “last time” he’ll do it and that next time, I won’t get a replacement.

Are you kidding me?

I brought back a wrongly made pizza, and instead of apologizing or showing any kind of customer service, this guy talks to me like he’s doing me a favor. Absolutely outrageous. I even took a picture of the pizza, which I’m happy to share if someone at Domino’s cares enough to reach out.

But I won’t be silent about this — I’m posting this on social media and tagging Domino’s. Something needs to be done. Domino’s claims to care about customer satisfaction — well, prove it. Because this experience was pathetic and completely unacceptable.

My husband and I decided to try out the Domino’s Pizza on Limonite in Eastvale, California for dinner tonight, and we were not disappointed! We ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pizza and the Everything Pizza with BBQ sauce, and both were absolutely delicious.

The Chicken Alfredo Pizza was creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of toppings. The Alfredo sauce was rich and paired perfectly with the tender chicken. As for the Everything Pizza, the BBQ sauce added a delightful twist that made each bite a burst of flavor. The crust on both pizzas was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The staff was friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and easy. Our pizzas were ready on time, and everything was hot and fresh when we picked them up.

Overall, a fantastic experience! We’ll definitely be returning for more. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for great pizza!

The reviews are true. This has to be the worst dominos ever! I ordered a pizza combo on Saturday and the waitresses time stated 35 min. We’ll an hour later the status of my pizza was still in prep. I called and was on hold for 30 min because of course, no one was answering the phone. I decided to go to the store and everyone was there for the same reason about 15 people. The lady at the register said the tracker wasn’t working and at that time my tracker moved to oven baking. I just asked for a refund and she said that they had no receipt paper and she refunded. No sorry, no remorse whats so ever. Im over this place. Not ordering from Domino’s ever again.

WORST PIZZA STORE.BAD MANGMENT. DO NOT ORDER.
I always order veggie pizza and they keep on putting ham on my pizza . When I complained , the manager didn’t agree and told me to take pictures. When they did the same mistake again , I took the Picture and showed it to her . She was not ready to accept it. And again third time when I went to pick up my veggie pizza , there was chicken on it . I showed her right away and then she kept quit.

Horrible service. Pre order food that was never delivered. The tracker indicated it was on the way. I checked a couple of times and still showed on the way. Then a minute out. Then complete. I was standing outside. No cars no pizza nothing. Called this store and waited 3 minutes before a live person picked up then hung up without saying a word. I called back waited again for a live person. Kid answers and tells me he will check the status after first asking if I’m sure several times. He put the phone down and twenty minutes later picks it up and says “hello” like we are talking for the first time. He tells me something went wrong and they will place the order again. I said no. Too late guest are hungry and I’m embarrassed. I’ll go to Pizza Hut. I asked for a refund. He said they can’t do that. I demand a refund and he says he will ask the GM. Puts the phone down and moments later picks it up and says “okay you’ll get a refund.” I demand to see the refund before we hang up. Guess what? He hung up. You want food. Don’t order from here. You’ll never get it.

First off, it said on my dominoes app that the pizzas were ready and I go in and the manager woman says it’s going to take 10 more minutes. The place has a horrid smell and you can barely hear anyone talking in there. I waited and went back in and she brings the pizza to my sister and I and says you have a small coke. I grabbed two by accident and I am out the door and the woman starts yelling “you only have one coke” and repeated that multiple times as I said sorry immediately for grabbing two cokes by mistake. She practically chased me out the door making sure i only had one coke in my hand. Then proceeds to stare and watch as if I would still take two cokes while i am putting one of the cokes back. And as she is watching me continues to yell it’s only one coke. I will not be going again.

The Old Lady IS RUDE all she did was Laugh at me. I placed my order at 2pm for 6pm pick up. I didn’t get it until 6:15pm. My son and his friends wanted Pizza before Bible study and because the pizza was 15 minutes late I was 15 minutes late picking them up and they had to eat in the car, not a pleasant experience.

Literally the worst location of any chain I’ve ever bought from. I get a pizza that is literally see through and riddled with holes. I can’t imagine ordering a thin crust here, it would float away on the wind. On the opposite end we get a doughy undercooked pan pizza that falls apart. I see no logical reason behind this being a joke among emoyees or they just don’t care. Love dominos on a late night, but not happening again in eastvale.

We just received the two most disgusting pizzas we have ever seen today.

One pizza was rolled so thin it broke apart completely when we picked it up. It turned into inedible mush right after we opened the box.

The second pizza literally had MULTIPLE HAIRS BAKED INTO THE PIZZA, spreading across multiple slices. Absolutely disgusting. I am appalled at the complete lack of quality control here.

We are in the middle of a global pandemic, and NONE of the employees at this location have any sense of cleanliness, hygiene, or quality control. I am 100% never trusting this location again, and 100% never letting Karla touch my pizza again. We’re so disgusted, we might not trust Domino’s ever again. Shame on you for hiring such incompetent employees.
