Having grown up in Alaska, I am picky when it comes to seafood, so a food truck in the middle of Arizona did not sound like it would be amazing. Apprehensive as I was, I decided to try it, and it did not disappoint! They had some of the best sushi I have ever had, much better than anything in my hometown. We will definitely be coming back for more!

The taste of each and every roll is delicious. The size of the rolls was perfect. This may not be importa t to some people but to me it is. When you put a piece in your mouth you should be able to savour the different flavors and textures together not have it be so big that you have to eat it in two bites. The servers are courteous and fast. I will most definitely be returning. I had previously gotten discourages when I purchases sushi and the rice was hard but I gave it another chance and I was not disappointed. This was when they were located in town by the carwash…ao it’s been a while.

Was so extremely off put by the idea of sushi out of a food truck and was so extremely wrong about it! Best sushi around, period. The wait time is as short as it can be making everything fresh as you order it, and the staff working there is super nice! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting sushi without the 3 hour drive out of town!

I know food truck and sushi sound like they don’t go together; But, they are so clean. And their sushi is delicious! Best soy sauce I have tried in my life. Specially the spicy one. They make it themselves and it goes perfect with their sushi! I have my favorites, my husband has his favorites, even my son has his favorite one! They are fast and have great customer service skills!
