Our salads took 20 minutes and they were obviously pulled out of a fridge plus they were $12 for a very small size. My husband waited at the counter for 5 minutes to be acknowledged to get the bathroom code. Several people in the kitchen looked right at him and ignored him. Very bad service and lousy food.

I’m so happy that they’re getting a new building in May. I know that they’re happy too. They deserve a nice new building.

Updated review- Me and my mother ordered again tonight and this is the quality of what was delivered to us. The mushrooms weren’t even cooked and it was cold. Terrible service honestly. Never eating here again. These subs looked like absolute garbage, ingredients poured on, not layered, and cold as if refrigerated!
Everytime I order from this place my food is harder than a brick and cold. Management doesn’t seem to care either. For the prices they charge I expect perfection. Won’t be eating here no longer.

Outstanding pizza. Hadn’t had it in years once they left Westland Mall on the west side of Columbus years and year ago but was at Wittenberg for my grandsons track meet and told my wife it was my favorite pizza and she loved it. I sure wish they would come back to Columbus. Dayton/Springfield is just a little to far to drive.

Oh my!! A long time childhood favorite, growing up in the Miami Valley, Cassano’s was THE place to enjoy pizza. My wife never had Cassano’s and boy was she absolutely delighted. The staff at this Springfield Ohio location were very accommodating, friendly even while they were very busy. We ordered a large traditional pepperoni pizza and ate inside the store! Wow wow, the pizza tasted, looked and smelled like I remembered from my youth and my wife was overwhelmed with how good it was. What an awesome dining experience! There was a small inconvenience as the pop fountain tasted flat, even though the staff checked the carbonation and soda boxes.
Please expand Cassano’s brand into Cincinnati, and central Kentucky. This was a definite Atta Boy experience, well done Springfield on Limestone!!
