There were times when I went to pick up orders and the servers were really friendly and the smiles on their faces made it feel comfortable for me to walk in. But this last time the server wasn’t so friendly I guess. Everyone has a bad day sometimes but don’t bring that attitude to your work place where you have serve outsiders. I just had the worst customer service ever experienced!
It was a lunch hour so they were busy, which is understandable. I walked in, not greeted by the girl behind the register as she was busy, checking out table orders. After a few minutes, she finally acknowledged me. I paid for the pizza, received it, and it was completely overdone! I brought it back to the counter after looking at it and asked if they could remake it. She didn’t apologize. She just said, “you ordered thin crust pizza and that’s how it bakes.” They remade the pizza. It looked exactly the same as the first. I waited for remake for several minutes. Courtesy, complementary soft drink would have been nice to be offered which it was not. When the pizza was done, it was put in the window directly behind the counter. They said the order was ready, and the girls were busy. Again I waited a couple of minutes and no one came to hand me my pizza.
So I grabbed the pizza off of the shelf and was getting ready to tell the girls that I grabbed the pizza to help them out.
One of the waitresses immediately began yelling at me because I grabbed my pizza. I opened the box and pizza looked exactly the same. Asked for a refund and the waitress kept on about “I am never allowed to cross to grab pizza again”
The entire situation was horribly handled by the waitress and counter attendant.
The way the waitress yelled and handled the situation was appalling! Minutes before she was fussing at the kitchen staff for a miscommunication on a written order.
The kitchen manager came out and was extremely nice and helpful. A void was placed on my order and told I should see the refund on my account 5-7 days. There was plenty confusion on their end about the “void” as well.
Extremely disappointed. I have been to the Thibodaux location multiple times! I have never had a problem.
Extremely disappointed in the pizza quality but more so in the behavior of the employees.

I got the Greek Pizza which was the pizza of the month in August as pictured. I love Greek food and it didn’t disappoint. I love all of rotolo’s pizzas and their cheese sticks. Their marinara sauce is so good.
My go too is usually the chicken florentino + mushrooms. Rotolo’s is definitely my favorite place to have pizza! Houma or Thibodaux, the food and service is equally as good!

Ordered a spinach salad and a personalized pizza with cauliflower crust for a healthier choice. The service was great. The food was very good. We enjoyed ourselves one exception the music is a little too loud kind of distracting but overall, I would recommend anyone going here on Saint Charles Street is a very good location and the food seems to be very good quality.

I def recommend going to eat here!
We all went to eat at Rotolos today. 8-20-23 My first time there. They were busy. But the food was really good. Everyone that ate, really liked their food. A little on the pricey side. I picked up a pizza tonight, which was ordered with no mushrooms and it was full of mushrooms. We could pick them off, but the other issue was it was loaded with sauce which made it mushy. Next time I will specifically say light sauce as well as making sure they have NO MUSHROOMS on the order. No real pleased with this pizza.

Three Stars ONLY (to be fair… because many here eating PizzA and seeming enjoying it, if just my 3xperience 1-2 stars).
Service was basic and slow to even get menu or drink, never checked back, nor refilled tea. Just brought check back.
The PASTA I ordered SUCKED! (Sorry no better way to describe it) I had Spaghetti, it was not good (photo has proper color unlike photo supplied by company)
Cost $12.. 1 bowl with garlic knots and no salad.
Sauce was thin like can sauce. Only chunk was tomato. No meat, onion or bell pepper and tasted like only Basil. Saice was Sweet, Basilly, and could not really taste tomatoe.
*Pasta was really overcooked.
2 meatballs when menu showed more.
Meat was almost paste consistency (blender formed to ball?) Did not have meat taste (more like canned taste).
Garlic knots were fair but could not taste garlic, bread knots?
All in all… simply bad left a bad taste of the meat and basil.
Tea was sweet but not that good. Not Southern. Even Peak Sountern Tea from machine is better.
Was really hoping this place was better. I’ll only try Pizza next time.
2 stars Maybe Pizza Is better.

Ice tea is $2.69.
My bowl of spaghetti with medium cup of tea with no refill Totalled, with Tax $16.15
I’ve found many places here are over rated, think it’s because many at this town has no place to compare to or Pizza is really, really, outstation (???).
