We stopped at store number 8627 in Fredericksburg to gas up and grab a bite to eat towards the end of a rather long road trip. Restrooms were so dirty! Store overall needed a good cleaning. Two young ladies making food were loudly complaining about people ordering food the whole time they were preparing our food. Ordered a chicken parmesan sandwich and got a chicken sandwich with mayo and American cheese. Just a bad experience from beginning to end. I know it’s the holidays and tough to work retail (I did it myself for years) but at least make your guests feel appreciated and clean the place up a bit!

This is the second time they got me! I should have checked the sandwich since it didn’t feel right. Their sandwich makers are so incompetent it’s ridiculous! I order a BLT and there is no lettuce or tomato on the sandwich. Come on Wawa do better you suck!! This does not make me wanna keep coming to order food from you.

Wawa, I sincerely appreciate your customer service. Your free air pump and free ice are small gestures that mean the world to your customers. Royal Farms charges for ice and now charges for the air pump. While your competitors are figuring out how to nickel and dime customers, I commend you for providing these complementary services.

On the last visit I couldn’t walk through the doors without going through someone’s cigarette smoke at the entry. This visit it still reeks even if they aren’t outside; I’d like to visit without feeling like I have to hold my breath or walk away with someone else’s bad habit in my hair and clothes.

These people are racist I went in to buy a wrap then canceled the woman there started arguing with me then said You need help using Ebt” I went to my girl- and said forget the order and the cashier went to imply “She will call the cops” if you are black “watch out “ the manager Alex even made up a story of me cursing and on my dead mama I didn’t curse – these people at Wawa are racist Whites Allowed Welcomed Always go to Sheetz.. even the other white manager mentioned how people come from hotels all the time – which people ? blacks – we are suspects before customers

I tried the Oreo Donut at Wawa and it’s pretty good. It’s not better than the delicious Birthday Cake Donuts. Wawa, you should bring that donut back. That thang was good! But the Oreo donut pretty good I would get this donut again. 4/5.

I always, get subs, here. Always get friendly service, ordered the Hamburger with cheese and bacon. Custom made to order. It is very tasty and a must try. The flavor is great, the bun an meat are very soft. I’m amazed how good it is. All made fresh. Never had any issues.

We stopped in for snacks, restroom, and gas. The women’s bathroom is about a 3 star – it was a little smelly (possibly due to the diaper in the trash can sitting for a while) and not super clean on the floors but it was well stocked with toilet paper. Plenty of parking and gas pumps outside. This Wawa has the usual food, snacks, baked good, food to go, fresh food to order, and non-food items.
