The boy -cashier was very rude. This store didn’t have fresh lettuce, pickled jalapenos, veggies, milk etc, on asking to refill them- he just made an excuse that they had a big order even though the store was empty. Incase you need time to refill, just let the customer know beforehand- the food is not free!!! It was only 7.15pm. People avoid this branch, they are rude and argumentative. Better to stop at next Qdoba on your map.

This would be my first experience at Qdoba and it was very pleasant, starting with the friendly welcoming of the staff, the great ambiance, cleanliness of the establishment, and the tasteful and reasonable portions served. But what really strike me was the attitude of the lady that served me, she was super patient with me being a first timer; but her willingness to serve and make you feel appreciate it as a customer it was the highlight of my visit. You can find american mexican food anywhere these days but what you can’t find elsewhere it’s the efforts at this establishment to make you feel value. Unfortunately, something we have lost at other casual dinning of the same nature. Chipotle …be aware! They are coming for you….

I decided to order a pick up and give this place a try on my break from work, I placed an order @12:52pm & the estimated time fore the order to be ready was 1:07pm-1:17pm
When I arrived at 1:15pm my order wasn’t ready and the store wasn’t busy, one other customer in the store.
I advised I was picking up an order & they didn’t start until I got there and waiting until 1:30pm when it was finished.
Over the food was missing half of the toppings of the bowl
– sour cream
– Cheese
– Guac
The rice was inedible at the bottom of the bowl, a hard crunch mess & the shrimp that they advertised online wasn’t appetizing.
I took a few bites and threw out the bowl, it was terrible.
I did have queso with chips and that was actually good but the build your own bowl was nasty 0/10

Stopped by QDOBA with my kids and had a great experience. The staff was patient and welcoming, helped us move through the line without rushing, and made the whole visit easy. Food was fresh, portions were solid, and everyone found something they liked. It’s not always simple eating out with kids, but this was smooth from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back.

I’ve never had a problem with the food, I do think that the food is quality. However, the service I endured when I arrived today was terrible. More than half the protein options were not made which limited the options to chicken and steak. One worker was sitting in the back doing god knows what, one was shuffling around on their phone, and the girl who took my order had headphones on, barely communicated with me, and seemed to be under the influence or just purely unmotivated to work. This was an extremely disappointing experience and vastly different than the first time I came. Hopefully the owners can fire the employees that were on this shift so I can return!
