I know the place is old and won’t be modern and perfect aesthetically, but is there a reason for mold visible in the waiting area? everything I saw was gross. the air conditioners are covered in mold spores, which I understand happens. I’ve had it happen in my window unit at home, but I don’t cook and serve food there. the food is decent at best, and pasta is overpriced for the amount. $8 for 1 cup of pasta is a little more than I’d say it’s worth. The family wanted dominoes so I went to pick it up, let me say we will not be going there for a whileee. the people were nice enough but I simply can’t get past the mold. there is no telling how the kitchen and storage is. im not sure when the last health inspection was but I think they’re due for a pop up visit. nothing against the workers, as i dont think management should allow them to breathe mold all day either. everyone’s just tryna make ends meet, but Jesus Christ get some white vinegar on those ac units.

Placed an online order at 12:10. The tracker showed it being “prepared” repeatedly for over an hour. At 1:30, I called the store and was told “um yeah, your order is ready. We’re waiting for a driver to come in”. I told him to cancel it. (That’s horrible customer service. It’s understandable if you’re short staffed, but call your customers if you can’t fulfill an order. No one wants a pizza that was made 1-2 hours ago and has been waiting for a driver who will arrive… who knows when.)

I order a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni paid extra for it and it was the worst pizza I’ve ever had biting into it was like biting into dry cardboard with burnt cheese no sauce what so ever on Electra cheese or anything and our wings that we get all the time are usually great but this time they where so sloppy with sauce we could hardly pick them up. We have ordered from this locating multiple times and our food has always been great but this time it so pretty much inedible. It was a very disappointing experience. And on top of that we wait almost 1.5 hours for it to get here when we literally live 2 minutes from the location. All in all just very disappointing

Really irritated that I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and they covered it with basil. I can’t stand the taste of basil nor did I ask for it all over my pizza. And it was specifically my pizza. My husband’s pizza did not have any on it.

I understand they might have to lock the door after 12 but they don’t have to flat out ignore me when I’m knocking on the window I stood in the cold for 10 minutes after I got off work just trying to get garlic bread just for them to tell me use the window after I repeatedly knocked because the 4 times before that wasn’t enough they should atleast have a sign saying use drive thru or at the very least not ignore customers

Sloppiest pizza I’ve seen in a long time it was very unappealing and overloaded with toppings and sauce, also got an order of boneless chicken with it and it was literally just cheese and bacon. One piece of chicken. Worst experience I’ve had buying food in a very long time and this isn’t the first issue I’ve had just the final straw to leave the review.
