Great customer service. I’ve been there a couple of times and they’re always nice. The young lady who took my order saved me money and showed me how to save money through the app. I got a free drink and have only been to this chain 4 times. Highly recommended if you like/love coffee and want great customer service at the same time.

I was highly disappointed in the cordele ellianos!!! this is what they do instead of cleaning and doing other tasks! that one girl that got fired the other day i never once seen her being lazy she always greeted me with a smile on her face and a positive attitude! these few employees here are not the ones i want serving me! i have never seen a coffee shop sit on their butts and be lazy!!!! smoking and vaping in front of future or present customers is a nasty look!

My husband and I stopped through on our way out of town and the girls at the window were incredibly rude, gave him a small coffee when he ordered a medium, and his coffee wasn’t even warm. Unfortunate because the Ellianos in Moultrie is fantastic.

From out of town, wanted to try something new. Worker was young and rude. She looked high. We gave her a tip and all she said was “okay.”
Coffees had no flavor, just tasted like milk. One of the drinks was 3/4 way full. We waited a good amount of time. Bagel was very stingy with the cream cheese. For $20, probably won’t come back.

I am a very frequent customer like every other day or so and I have been coming since the establishment opened and I have never had such disrespect. I’m sick and tired of the disrespectful customer service I receive from one specific employee from this location all the way from refusing to take our order to flinging open the window and asking what do you need not good morning not what can we make for you not hey guys how are you nothing. Then places the order and does nothing to help the other two girls in the building to make drinks and there was a line forming I do not know what we have ever done to this girl don’t even know her personally but what I do know is I have done the math and we spend about 130.00 a month if not more in this establishment and I won’t continue unless something is done this is not

Cordele, GA. It’s only drive-through. But it’s better than Dutch Brothers for menu. Great flavored drink options and food. Super sweet service this afternoon from both staff members; eye contact and nice smiles plus a “Y’all have a good day.” I had the latte hot and it was well made; not acidic and you could taste the great coffee flavor. The Milan Mint is what I’ll get next time.
