Egg Tuck was absolutely amazing. After a few days on a liquid diet, this hit the spot in the best way possible. The eggs were silky smooth, melt-in-your-mouth delicious, perfectly flavored and paired beautifully with fresh avocado. The brioche bread pulls everything together — soft, rich, and just indulgent enough. I love how they “tuck” the sandwich into the cutest little box, and the sriracha mayo sauce is incredible. The space itself is spotless, the staff is genuinely friendly, and the easy digital self-ordering makes the whole experience seamless. Honestly, this felt like a K-drama sandwich moment — iykyk.

Just tried this place a few minutes ago, order came in some great packaging.
Tater tots, they definitely got sum seasoning in them, so so good.
The sandwich, bacon was still crunchy, flavor was good, I got full so fast just with this.
The biscoff latte was okay, it was lacking a little bit of flavor and just not sweet enough for me.
Overall experience was good, definitely worth the try, people should give it a try at least once.

Really loved the bacon and cheese sandwich. The bun was a bit greasy, but I think it’s butter toasted bread. I also ordered their honey lemonade which is freshly squeezed lemonade. It’s rare to find places that have fresh lemonade juice. My boyfriend got the egg tots and the spicy royal west sandwich. I tried the egg tots and they were really good. I didn’t try the spicy royal west sandwich because I don’t do spicy, but he said it was good. Service was good. It’s set up like a fast food place. You place your order on the tablets so there’s little to no service provided, but the employees were really friendly and helpful. Atmosphere, there’s just a few small tables and chairs, nothing special.

A friend recommended this place and I had to try it. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had. It’s not cheap but it’s very filling. Just over $18 for egg, cheese and avocado sandwich and side of tater tots.
Sauce is very good.
Service was polite. They were very busy when I walked in and ordered on the kiosk.
I’ll be back when I reload my bank account.

I have to be honest this place is not needed. It’s just a fancy egg sandwich that doesn’t taste good. The presentation is better than the actual product. I know this review may be harsh but I have to tell the truth. Of course like many of my reviews they are done with other so my opinion alone is not the end all be all. We both ordered the royal egg and it looked amazing. This place presentation is top notch I must say that. The concept of a futuristic restaurant with a simple product like egg def works for this place. This is just a trendy LA based restaurant that just doesn’t work on the Chicago food scene. When you tear down all the publicity and all the hype it’s just an egg sandwich and not even a good one. Food trends don’t last long in Chicago at all. Two sandwiches was 35 bucks let that sink in. We could have had Pricilla’s. Shout out Pricilla’s soul food in hillside!!!!!!

I tried the Spicy Royal West and the Tater Tots. The Spicy Royal West was packed with flavor, and the Garlic aioli sauce made it even better .
Customer service was 10/10.
The sandwich was a bit messy, but in a good way! The only downside is that I wish they had a restroom.

Egg Tuck is a quaint little breakfast place that’s fun to try. We had a very early day but wanted something different. This is the place!
We ordered the original classic egg tucks. The brioche bread is baked fresh there and you can really taste the difference. Nice thick perfectly toasted slices not to mention that the eggs are soft, rich, creamy and unadulterated. You can really taste the egg. The chives and sriracha sauce are paired perfectly.
They wrap the sandwiches very carefully and nice and neat. Keep in mind these are made to order and are huge! They are very very generous with the portion size.
This was a unique breakfast experience that I’ll be bringing everyone to try when I can. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 was that the coffee needs improvement. We took our items to go as we were headed to Wisconsin.
Tip: After you order the coffee here, taste it before you leave. With a coffee here costing $4.50, you expect it to be good.

I had a Bacon&cheese and fluffy egg tots and my friend had Royal and avocado. It was SO undeniably good!! Supper fluffy and buttery!! Amazing soft scrambled eggs, crispy bacons and delicious brioche bread. Prices were fair, the place was very clean, and the service was great too. Overall, we really enjoyed it and I would definitely stop here when in this area.
