This place is so good!!! Highly recommend the beef shawarma wrap, add a little black pepper and that red chilli oil they have A1 flavor would come back, the staff is polite, treated with care, portions are good and reasonable price, I love this place, come check it out!!

Here you find authentic foods. I believe if they keep this business going on, they will be the one. Everything is great. I think I tried most of their foods during my visits.
Besides their unique foods, another feature of that it is managed by women.
The place is very simple, minimalist, in the corner of an intersection.
Because most of their orders are take-out, the parking is not an issue. The parking is limited, but you always find a spot there.
There are two foods I always want to try. One is their special kibbeh – extraordinary for me. The second is the stuffed intestine which brings all of your senses to enjoy the moment.
I recommend you go there, eat, take some home, and compare their food with other places. At least those two I mentioned cannot be found somewhere else.

Kobee Factory is hands-down one of the best hidden gems in Van Nuys! The food tastes just like home-cooked Syrian meals — full of flavor, freshness, and love. Every bite feels authentic, from the perfectly spiced kebabs and creamy hummus to the crispy falafel and tender shawarma.

Fresh salad with spices, the best in town tabouli, oven backed thin pita, balanced spiced pickles, tahini filled baba-ganoush and in oil crispy backed falafel!
Nice fresh green interior color of the walls with many ‘best-of-town’ nominations – well deserved!
Odd: it’s a family run restaurant and we saw a hot tempered teenage boy made a scene in the kitchen and kept being glued to his phone on the side of chef of the restaurant having lunch.
I get it’s a Syrian restaurant, and there is pleasant Arabian music and the traditional one. After some time it gets too much.
Minor things to improve: dark think hair found in the salad and no hand towels in the bathroom.
But that food it’s worth it.
The younger lady server/cook was extremely friendly and consulted us on vegan options.

If you are looking for the most authentic fried and (especially) grilled kibbeh, this is the place for you! I haven’t been able to find grilled kibbeh much (if at all) in the US. This place was the real deal! As soon as you cut into the grilled kibbeh, all of the oils start flowing out. The taste was heavenly. We were staying an hour away and we still feel the drive was absolutely worth it just to eat here. Plus, the staff here are very friendly!! Thank you all so much, we can’t wait to come back.
