I had a very disappointing experience at Little Caesars Southside in Parkersburg. I ordered a pizza expecting something hot and fresh, but what I received was completely burnt and way overdone. The crust was hard, dark, and tasted bitter, making the whole pizza almost inedible. It honestly felt like no one bothered to check the quality before handing it to me. Please do not ever serve burnt pizza — that should never even be an option. I usually don’t complain, but this was unacceptable. I hope they start paying more attention to their food and customer satisfaction because this visit was a huge letdown.

We pre ordered our meal and seen this cookie dough brownie for $3.50 i think that’s what what paid for it. First of all we thought is was much bigger then 4 tiny square bits. Secondly, we thought that is would be made there or at least assembled there, well its not. It comes as is, pre packaged, then they put a throw away date on it. We went on the 3rd and the sticker on it has it to be thrown out on the 10th. Idk if the packages are refrigerated till sold or how they plan on keeping this from going bad before the week, but ours was sitting on top of our pizza boxes and it got really warmed up to the point that the package started inflating. It was still good but I don’t think it was worth $3.50.

Have been standing inside for 10 mins and no one has said a word, starting to wonder if anyone works here.
Update: 12/16/25, ordered a pepperoni cheese bread, was given a lunch combo sliced like cheese bread. Asked to remake and they did and remade the same way. Honestly have to be so ignorant to make the same mistake twice in 20 mins.

My pizza was half cooked and never put in the hot box was left on the counter so wasn’t even warm this is the first time that’s happened, definitely not a pretzel pizza doesn’t even taste like one either very disappointed!

Stopped in to get a couple Hot-N-Ready’s. They looked pretty busy so their was a short waiting time. But that’s expected during the evening. The wait wasn’t long at all and the food was great as always. The employees surprisingly were very kind considering how busy they were. Most employees at other places would be very irritable and rude if they are super busy and see other customers come in but these employees didn’t crack under the pressure which made the atmosphere very welcoming.
