This is our go-to takeout place! They are FAST, and their quality is consistent! The price and the quality are a perfect match. We love the sesame chicken, pineapple fried rice, and wonton soup. Anytime we’re sick, we thrive on the wonton soup. This place might have actually saved our lives with as much wonton soup as we consume from here when we’re sick…it helps us hydrate and bounce back quickly!

Amazing Wok located at 16049 Johnston Rd, Charlotte, NC 28277 has delicious Chinese Food! Some of the very best Chinese Food in the Fort Mill area. Their triple combo of beef, chicken, shrimp was perfectly flavored and spiced. Excellent egg roll and the service was quick. Restaurant was a bit hot for me temperature wise, but otherwise a a delightful mean!

I’m not going to lie , the food that we have gotten from here is good. No complaints there. There is a younger vibrant lady who greets and work here that there’s been no issue with. However, coming into this evening and upon getting food, I asked if they have a hot chili oil… they lady working tonight replies “did you order a chili oil”… now I have no problem paying 25 cents for a oil but miss I literally just brought $50 worth of food and you penny pinching over a chili oil?!? That’s the type of stuff that makes me say I’ll get my food somewhere else bc you can’t be that greedy that you really about to make me use my card for .25 when again I just gave you $50!

I have been going to Amazing wok for takeout since it opened over a decade ago. I don’t know what happened, but the prices went up, and the food quality went down. It used to be the best place around. The portions were huge. The food was clean. You could tell it was fresh. And now it doesn’t taste fresh, smaller portions,and the shrimp didn’t even taste like shrimp The prices skyrocketed. My family, friends and I will never take out from there again. If anybody knows a great Chinese restaurant please let me know!

Such a great little spot! The atmosphere is sort of old and dreary but the food is nothing short from amazing! We got the pepper chicken spicy & the orange chicken. Loved it all and will be back.

I’ll admit that I’m a tad leery when it comes to ordering Chinese/Asian cuisine nowadays. However, Amazing Wok’s food hasn’t disappointed.
I’ve visited this location multiple times during Door Dash deliveries and decided that I wouldn’t spend money here based on one of the younger ladies’ attitudes, but the older ladies that worked this past Sunday afternoon and this afternoon were very pleasant and answered all of my questions. The vegetable egg rolls and vegetable fried rice (lunch special) were both delicious. A plus— the food is not full of grease! Lunch specials are the best deals here.

Hands down the best Chinese I have ever had. They use only the freshest ingredients and everything is always prepared well. Staff is super attentive and friendly. Been going there for over 10-years and every meal (dine in or take out) has been AMAZING. Black pepper chicken is awesome – simple and tasty.
