My wife and I ate dinner here for the first time 4/4/25. We are beyond impressed. The menu has something for everyone and everything was homemade and delicious. We cannot wait to go back. I got a prime rib that was cooked perfect and had amazing flavor.

First time here and it was not a pleasant experience. Waited about an hour and a half for food. When food came out receive horseradish that had a fly in it. Steak was rough. Spinach, garlic hair pasta was very bland. Vodka sauce pasta was okay, does not come with meat. Meatballs were good. Waitress was nice.

First time here, was for my brother’s birthday. Food was okay, leftovers was still pretty fresh when reheated. Service was good and the atmosphere was nice. The waiter, Brad, had the entire restaurant sing to my brother which was a wonderful bit of embarrassment to him. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy doing so.

We have dined at Russell’s for the past few years. I wish we had found it sooner. It is one of the best restaurants anywhere.
Experience – the reception and table assignments are generally good. The atmosphere is very nice.
Service – the service is always very good (and often excellent).
Food – All of the food is absolutely outstanding.
Overall, the value is exceptional.

The food was excellent. The best manicotti i ever had. The meatballs were fantastic as well. Shawn our waiter definitely took care of us, one of the best waiters we ever had, and we go for dinner quite often in and around the scranton area. The fettuccine alfredo was great also.

Had an amazing meal at this deservedly popular restaurant. I recommend reservations, but was promptly seated in the bar area. Had the fried polenta and sausage appetizer and the sole over spinach. I’m in town on travel and will definitely return next time I’m in Scranton. If you find this review helpful please help me by giving it a thumbs up.

Great experience. Beautiful restaurant & Bar. Highly recommend this Restaurant.
They have outdoor dining too. We ate inside. We had pear martini’s and they were fantastic. We had Stuffed baked Clams as the app and they were wonderful. I had pork with peaches & cherries with a side of red beets….. Fantastic. They source all the fruits & veggies from our local farmers market and credit the farm on their specials menu. They also have whole wheat pasta, my friend got that with clams, scallops & shrimp
