What a great experience. Subs are delicious. Really like the meatball sub, pepperoni pizza sub, hook & ladder. Gluten free bread options too. Wonderful service and so nice to the point of being a rare breed of ownership, so friendly and nice and so appreciated. Love going here time and again. Highly recommended, top notch. I have been to other Firehouse Subs, this one is definitely the best one!

Ordered online at around 12:00pm order said it would be done at 12:30pm. I was sitting inside waiting patiently. I watched over a dozen people order food inside and received their food before me. I watched a whole family get fed at a table. My order was extremely late over 15 minutes past the pickup time. It felt like they were prioritizing people who were eating inside more than online orders. As someone who’s also managed in a restaurant I understand when things get hectic but this was unacceptable. Won’t be going back. Ended up late to work.

We ordered our dinner for tonight and had a terrible experience. We placed our order on the app and after we got home only one of our sandwiches were correct. One sandwich should have been a turkey Bacon ranch and it was a hook and ladder with no cheese. The sandwich that looked like the turkey bacon ranch was on white bread and not wheat and there was no bacon. Also, we ordered two Chili’s and they were not even half filled. We paid for a cup and didn’t even get that. Thd potato soup we ordered was full. The young ladies working in there when my husband went to pick up the online order were complaining about a fellow employee. I don’t think that is appropriate work ethic to be complaining about another employee in front of customers. They need to be paying more attention to orders so they are made correctly. Maybe , these young ladies need to be trained on customer service and do there complaining outside of work . Our order was placed at the McMurray, PA location.

They sometimes can get really busy making takeout orders. Make sure you get your order in advance and give them time to get it done. It’s worth the wait!.

We love their food , but have ordered their roast , beef sandwiches twice now and both times they never included the dip with the sandwich. I made sure to remind them the second time and the guy that waited on me said okay, but never put it in the bag.TWICE

We delivered takeout – the staff were friendly and quick to help me out with the food. Their brisket sub with cheddar has plenty of flavor, and it’s notably savory.

I normally don’t leave reviews, however it’s on my heart to share that today (9/22/25 around 1pm) I was picking up DoorDash when I noticed there were 3 staff members total, one was clearly new and being mistreated. A younger woman (staff) was “teaching” the newer employee (older woman) what to do and continuously belittling her. The third employee (younger man) also took part in this behavior, as both employees “teaching” this woman (who was clearly trying her best) continuously belittled her, even giving each other looks, laughing at her behind her back, but in front of customers. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I felt so terrible for the woman trying to learn today, I hope she decides to not to stay at this place of employment being treated by her co-workers that way.

Amazing Cajun chicken sub!! The owners are so accommodating and the atmosphere is great! Very clean and fun decor! I highly reccommend them and plan to use their catering service! Fresh ingredients and unique combinations for sandwiches!!
