Extreme carelessness by the driver Robert Paulsen. The damage looks deliberate because I can’t believe the boxes were both tossed around this badly in the vehicle. When the driver arrived they stayed parked in their vehicle in my driveway for 10 minutes before they decided to walk up to my door. I was beginning to put on my shoes to go outside myself. I have reached out to corporate about this behavior. Unbelievable service. No wonder this location has 3 stars.

This is the pizza that was given to us last weekend. I called and explained I ordered extra cheese, and did not receive it. The teenage shift manager told me that I need to go back out after 10 at night to return it for a refund or get another made. They said they do not give credits or mail out coupons. I explained my situation. I told them to look at my account bc I never complain. This is the first time in years I received a horrible looking pizza like this with no cheese in the middle. I told them they lost a customer for how they handled this. I did go to another Papa John’s tonight, and the pizza actually had extra cheese on it. They need to retrain their employees if they don’t want complaints or returns.

We exclusively order from this location (NY style crust, chicken mushroom and onions well done). Poppers and wings with a desert. Our food is always delicious and delivered fast (even during Superbowl). Appreciate the quality of food and service.

Im very disgusted by what I have just seen as I walked in waiting for my order for pick up there were two employees in the back of the restaurant all over each other touching inappropriately at the work place and the most disgusting part is after this I did not see neither one of them wash there hands. I am really upset, then the young lady whose name is Rebecca which I heard from an employee went back to making pizzas and the other employee name John which I also heard from an employee. This is not what I want to see around food this is unacceptable and this matter should be handled immediately

I am very disappointed in this papa John’s location some driver name John who was a black guy with a bald head delivered my pizza. When he arrived at my home he seemed to have an aggressive manner towards me for some reason. I did not like the way he knocked on my door with aggression. That made me feel very uncomfortable I hope someone teaches him how to do the job professionally

I order because it’s convenience for me after a 12 hour work. But it’s always a disappointment because there is always something wrong with my order. Tonight I ordered breadsticks and it gets delivered without marinara sauce. Every time I order garlic sauce too it always comes missing.
And contactless means you delivering to my door not me having to walk to the lobby outside my apartment to get it. And still expect tip.
Always disappointed in the service from here. Hate ordering from this location.
Management should be double checking orders before they leave the store. People don’t have time for delivery people to come back and fix the problem when the food it’s cold now.

Ordered bowls last week and they were good, ordered again and literally got a bowl of veggies with hardly any cheese. Called in and was told by Kimberly the manager this is the standard and whoever made them last week didn’t make them right. Kimberly “graciously” offered to send them again the same way or give a refund… what about just sending it out how the customer wants and not losing $40+ over some cheese. This location’s food and service has declined tremendously and unfortunately we won’t be ordering from here ever again.

This place is great for dinner for the kids on the way home from work. Papa John’s pizza is our favorite pizza. Perfect seasoning in the sauce, just enough crust and we can always count on their delivery time. Papa John’s is the best pizza in town. We have been ordering pizza every month for over four years.

Don’t order here if you want your food quickly, or if you want to speak to someone who isn’t a child on the phone who hangs up on you when you express your displeasure in waiting 40 min AND COUNTING for your food. HORRIBLE staff, the food will likely be trashed and I will never order from here again. And kid – if you’re reading this – I will track down your adult manager and let them know about your rudeness
