Could be more attentive. The delivery girl felt she had to serve my wife our order with 5 plus line cooks standing around talking, She walked in from a delivery and saw that. Thank you to her for grabbing our order from the warmer for us. Otherwise service is generally quick. Just could be more friendly and attentive. I understand we all have our moments though.

I work in hospitality so I always give grace. The delivery driver we had was extremely rude. Not on one occasion but two in the last week that’s the only reason I feel the need to say something. I was very polite and tipped over 20% each time for less then a 2 mile drive. If you don’t like your job get a different one. And both times my kids were present and said the same thing, he was rude.

Last time we complained a huge ordeal became of it…. We tried to order again and i got hair in my food and red stuff on philly pizza that doesnt have any red ingredients and the whole pizza has a reddish orange tint…. This is my favorite pizza and i used to be an employee i know what my pizza is supposed to look like…. To bad cant trust the cooks anymore… We ordered a few times a week before all this mess

The last 4-5 times I’ve ordered a pizza with extra cheese, I ended up receiving significantly less than even a normal serving despite paying extra. This has happened sporadically over the years, but never so consistently.

This has been my 16th delivery order from this Domino’s location. I’ve never been disappointed. Always hot, always the correct toppings, crisp crust, and quicker delivery than expected! The last two times we ordered for delivery, my pizza was stuck to the top of the box. The crust was under cooked and doughy. Very sloppy made pizza. Was dissatisfied. As you can see in the pictures.

These guys are just not on top of it. The customer in front of me was given the wrong pizza but was narrowly saved from leaving with it. My pizza said it was done but when I asked I was told it was still in the oven. After a few minutes I became aware of a pizza with toppings matching mine sitting out at the work station. Eventually (10-15 min late) it was boxed and handed to me. Luckily it was not terribly cold.
