Lyrick at Gretna Location went beyond an employee usually do. They were out of straws and she asked me did I want her to run down to the Smoothie King to grab some straws for me and my grand daughter. You don’t find many employees that would offer to do that. This young lady had a smile the whole time I was in this store.She gave good vibes and for this I will return to this store.

I was shocked to find out this was a virtual kitchen inside of Dickey’s. I’m not a fan of Dickey’s. I’m not 100% sure how virtual or ghost kitchens work. But they didn’t have any sides available when I went. Burger was regular. Most likely won’t return.

Primarily 5 stars for the excellent customer service and friendliness, which is hard to come by in the Nola area. Both employees there were great and helped me find the location even coming out to find me after I called. Google is a little off, but i submitted the correction. It’s colocated with Dickeys. We orderes three different burgers for tye family. Burgers were filling and we had some leftover. I think they could have had more flavor but weren’t bad by any means. I would go back to try some different items.

Terrible customer service, I ordered from this place and the cashier that answered the phone was extremely rude.
I informed him that my fries were delivered cold and her blamed my cold soggy fried on DoorDash. I explained to him that the fries were not even cooked all the way and there was no way the DoorDash driver could have rode around until the fries were that cold.
It’s so sad to get poor customer service in this day and age.

If you are looking for an amazing burger…this is not it, unfortunately. The pictures look great, but the product was only so-so. Also, ordering online allows you to customize the toppings and I’m pretty sure they completely ignored that when putting, burger together. The young lady behind the register was pleasant.

Ordered curbside. Order was scheduled for 5:45. Tracked it several times, stayed in que. I was the only car in the parking lot. At 6:25, I entered and was kindly greeted by 3 employees. I walked to a register and explained I ordered curbside. I work out of town 12 hour shift and I was exhausted. My order was just sitting on the shelf.
Proceeded to leave and of course the fries were mashed together and cold. The burgers were luke warm. I was too tired to return. Very disappointed as this is my second time trying this franchise. However this locations burgers were tasty although cold and the employees were courteous even though they didn’t bring my order to the car, nor did they apologize.
My first attempt was Veterans, horrible.

Quite possibly the worse burger I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t believe it was possible to make a bad hamburger but, clearly I was wrong. It was missing all the optional condiments. The meat is WHITE. Not from the mayo but, the actual meat is white.

This is some sort of concept sold inside of the Dickeys BBQ restaurant. My burger had onion rings instead of crisps but I like the concept of over the top burgers. This is the only place I know of where I can get a double Texas toast grilled cheeseburger. Go to the gym afterward .
