Waited an hour for our order because it was made incorrectly!! Manager was incredibly unprofessional and rude! They tried to charge me for the remake and said that if we didn’t, it would be taken OUT OF THE WAITRESS’ CHECK! Absolutely unacceptable. Food was STILL made wrong and was freezing! Never coming to this location again. The only reason we came here was because Katana was closed!!

The customer service was really good, it was a little busy during lunch. I had such and an egg roll. The egg roll was really good. The sushi roll was ok. I never had one with so much rice it was fat. I less drove not so thick, because then it’s chewy. But it was decent. I’ve had better, they have a good variety. My son didn’t like it too much.

The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean and very pretty. The food though, it tastes off… like a waste of money.
The first warning sign was this place is never busy, the food was brought out REALLY fast. You ever play one of those Mobile restaurant games on your phone? That’s how fast it was. I suppose if you’re hungry this is the place to go. But the food has to be processed, frozen something. Spend your money elsewhere.

Super clean place with friendly staff and excellent food. Conveniently located nearby to the Salisbury VAMC. I went in for take-out soup just before 2pm and there were no crowds. I will definitely return.

food is ok for the price but they forgot to put my spring rolls in my order so i had to go back the next day and they forgot the sauce with the spring roll and I asked for a $2 drink and they couldn’t give a drink for having to drive all the way back to the restaurant from my home!! Check your order before you leave. Not to mention as soon as they handed me my food they closed the window and put up the closing sign . Sad case and i was a loyal customer but i will never return!!

I thought the wait was a little long, placed my order, went to Walgreens pharmacy. That took 15 minutes, came back and waited in the drive thru for another 15 minutes. But it was worth it .

Osaka has some of the best sushi I’ve ever had! I’ve been ordering sushi rolls to go for years and it’s helpful that they have a drive thru for pick up orders!

Myself and my two siblings came here with our parents for our birthday, and the place was amazing, especially since this was our first time. They were training a young blond woman who was our waitress, and were both so helpful to us and to her, with two other waitresses making sure everything was fine and perfect, from getting gluten free soy sauce for my mom to being kind and sweet and talkative to our questions to serving amazing food. 100/10, we’re coming back, and the hot sake on Wednesdays is great!
