We decided to try breakfast at The Manette on Sunday, and all I can say is WOW! Don’t sleep on this place.
The menu is fairly small, but there’s definitely something for everyone. They serve breakfast from 10:00–2:00. We arrived around 10:30, and by 11:00 they were packed.
I ordered the basic breakfast — eggs, bacon, smashed potatoes, and a homemade biscuit. My husband had the Monte Cristo, and it was so big he had to eat it with a fork and knife!
Definitely a hidden breakfast gem in Kitsap County!

Love it here. The black bean burger is the best around, so look alive, fellow veg heads. I really enjoy the atmosphere as well. Great playlist. Great decore, and usually some great good entertainment.

The Manette Saloon has now adopted an updated menu and added Brunch to their food options.
After trying the Brunch twice I am impressed with the multiple dishes as well as the value for each dish.
My wife ordered the two egg breakfast which was 12$ and I had the same item but added a country fried chicken with gravy for 8$ more. I also highly recommend their sin-o-bun and biscuits & gravy.
They also serve coffee, bloody Marys, and other drink options. The space has also been updated so now seating options are booths and tables and no more stools and barrels like the previous owners had.
You owe it to come out and try their brunch.

Had one of the best corned beef hash and poached egg meals ever. Great texture, flavor, and the egg, wow! If you have not been for a snack or breakfast, it is a must. The staff is equally as great.

Taco Tuesday at the Manette Saloon…totally worth the visit! Ordered 4 crunchy tacos and 2 soft tacos. Food was fresh and delicious. Tacos seemed larger than average. It took me and my husband 3 hours to eat 6 tacos.
$1 crunchy tacos and $1.50 Soft tacos, you can’t go wrong.
Servers were friendly and attentive. I esp love their daily food specials.

I had Saturday brunch. Our server was fun and engaging. Great energy. The food was incredible. Had the chicken fried chicken. Everything was made from scratch including the freshly made biscuits. Amazing laid back atmosphere. Don’t skip out on this treasure.

If you haven’t heard the Manette Saloon is under new ownership. I met the owner John LeMaster and he has a great vision for the place. Stop by and come support this local bar. Did I mention, it is also family friendly.
I tried the Garlic Habanero wings. I was a little worried they would be to spicy. I was wrong.
I originally stopped by to pick up the board that my late brother Archie and his wife Sabrina signed, but we both decided that he would implement the board in the new layout of the bar.

I have a four star for atmosphere due to it being a bar. Not my scene. But the food and service was superb. I had the chicken and biscuit, omg so good with the homemade honey butter, biscuit was so moist and good!! I sure will be returning.
