Alright, look, the food is good. Fries were hot, wings crispy. HOWEVER there are only 5 tables. 3 of which only seat 2 people which would be fine except there is no trashcan and limited walkong space and waiting areas. So when there is trash on the table, but its the only one available youre in a werid position.

It’s a shame when good food is accompanied by poor service & that’s what I found at this Wingstop location. I placed my order online – to be ready in 10 minutes – which gave me time to drive there, pick up my order, drive back to work & eat. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was a single other party in the restaurant ordering. The man in the group was arguing that he wanted a grilled chicken sandwich. There was another employee in the back cooking & another employee I saw pass through the back several times. No one else came to the front. When the party finished ordering & paid, I had been standing in the restaurant for 9 minutes. I told the cashier I had ordered online. She reached behind her, grabbed the bag off the shelf & handed it to me. I asked “you let me stand here 10 minutes with my food getting cold on the shelf?” She shrugged. This is a store without management & I hate that since their food is great! I will return to this location, but definitely not on my lunch break!

Khloie was incredibly sweet and welcoming! She knows the menu by heart and has such a kind, friendly personality. The food was absolutely a 10/10 — I highly recommend stopping by! And the staff is so funny.

This place is absolutely amazing. The food is delicious ,the service is excellent, and the atmosphere and the vibes were absolutely fantastic. 100/10 will definitely come again.

Wings was awful and very tiny. The staff was nice but they didn’t seem to be very organized and several was just standing around not doing anything. Place is very small and cramped and didn’t look very clean. I’ve had better service and quality of food at other locations. I don’t know if I’ll be going back to this location.

I mean the food wasn’t the best, but again i’m not a big fan of wings. BUT i must say my server Khloie was OUTSTANDING she was so patient with me on Sunday, i probably took about 5-10 minutes trying to decide but she was so patient fr. Very nice as well and gorgeous to. Definitely coming again and i’m gonna bring my family next time.

This place is amazing. We went opening night, and it was obviously very busy. However, the employees were working hard. I had a takeout order scheduled for 4:45, and it took till about 4:58, but this was obviously to be expected given it being the first day. The restaurant is nice, and looks similar to other Wingstops i’ve seen. The food was EXCELLENT, i’m so happy to have a Wingstop in Bristol. Could not give this place enough kudos.

I think she is the g.m. amber is just a delight she was very helpful with helping me order and getting what I thought I wanted will definitely be back just cause of the killer staff and even more so for the food
