We order from here, very often, and everything has always been Top Notch!!! From the person who answers the phone, to the person who delivers the pizza, they are ALWAYS the absolute nicest people, I’ve encountered, at a pizza place. Our order is always correct, piping hot and within the time frame that they told me it would be delivered. Jets is my favorite, especially this location, and will remain my go-to pizza option. Keep doing what you’re doing, because it’s clearly working in your favor!!!

We love the pizza but the new automated ordering system sucks. Very hard to get your order first time. The system started completely over twice this last time. It also doesn’t give you any kind of estimated time for pick-up/carry-out. You’re supposed to get a text to let you know but I’ve never gotten one. I’ve had to sit 15+ minutes waiting for my pizza last several times after giving it ample time before arriving to the store. Something needs to change. Unfortunately, I think it’s us not ordering your food anymore.

Most delicious pizza ever! Rarely would order a specialty pizza because I’m too picky / apprehensive, but Everything here has been great! Whenever I’ve had issue myself, service has always been responsive & good. Not sure why negative reviews; have ordered for over 4 yrs, always on time, any time/day.
Only complaint is we live 7 mins away & delivery not available, but not uncommon at our address; just surprising tech still hasn’t improved/fixed this after 35 yrs!

Complete BS. Waited over an hour for our food, tried calling store and wouldn’t answer there phone just left them ringing for 15 min. Go to head to the store and see our food on the side of the porch. Didn’t knock a door, didn’t ring a door bell, and didn’t even have the decency to at least walk all the way on the porch so our ring would have at least seen them so we knew it was here. I heard good things about jets and completely regret giving them a try, I will not order from here again.

Carryout order. The pizza was still warm when we arrived home (20 minute drive). The pizza was very good. Alot of toppings and a crunchy crust. We ordered the 8 corner.

One of the best Jet’s stores in the country. Pizza is always delicious and better than most of the other stores that cut corners. This location is very well run. Product quality is top notch and employees are very friendly. My order is always correct too. Bravo!

I ordered a deluxe small pizza. When I got it home it tasted old. The toppings were hard and the pizza tasted like it was not fresh and had been reheated. Not a good experience.

Delivery instructions don’t seem to be even acknowledge! I specifically asked them not to knock on the door and just leave it at the door. I guess he just had to wake up the whole house instead.
