Chicken strips? All batter no chicken. How is this even considered a strip. Tiny that’s the lid off my coleslaw for scale. Forgot sauce, not only is it hard, and chewy its now dry. Did an online order for ” quick and easy pickup” lol not so much had to stand behind all the dashers. No thank you. Horrible

Food is the good, standard Popeyes.
Service is also the slow, infamous Popeyes. I also got turned away from the lobby when I stopped by at 11pm, despite the sign very clearly stating 1am closing. Management also did not pick up my call to request that they at least update their hours.

I was a take out order, so can’t speak so much for the atmosphere. My main issue was with the food. I went to the Popeyes on Colfax and the fries were better (that was also my first time having Popeyes, and was a couple months ago). The fries I got here (and I got the large size) were dry and almost stale. Then the biscuits were also dry (and I had ordered two extra so I could have some, my girlfriend’s biscuit in her meal was also dry) and the macaroni was pretty greasy (and we asked for dark meat in the combo, and she was given two breasts with a lot of cartilage/fat). The chicken sandwiches were good (both the spicy and original) and what chicken my girlfriend got in her 3pc Signature Chicken combo was still good (other than the amount of cartilage and fat). Service was still efficient and straightforward.

I have been here 3 times since they have open. I get it that there new and it takes time to get better. But every time it’s a problem and it’s always with several other people also when I order that is there. The first two times they just couldn’t get my order right to save the company and this last time. I ordered a 3 piece and two out of my three pieces of chicken wasn’t all the way cooked. I was to far to go back. But thats not okay at all. I really think they need to redo there hiring or something because it’s to many employees in there to not have stuff right. So I think I’m just gonna take a break on this location for a while so the could hopefully get it together.

The wings made my girlfriend throw up multiple times. The sauce was extremely greasy as well.

they gave us food that was ACTUALLY good sized food. it was $40 but we got twice as much food as wendy’s would give us for the same price. tho i deliberately said i want pickles on my sandwich and they didn’t put it on :/

I stood at the register for 15 mins waiting for someone to acknowledge I was even here and say sum like hold on cause I can tell they were extremely busy but that’s no excuse for all these employees to keep making contact and continuing to fill other orders without taking mine or at least telling me they will.

When they first opened the airport rd restaurant they were good. After a few months everything has fallen off. I will stop for a while and then return to see if things change after tonight I’ve decided not to go back. We’ve gotten everything from old, dry, rubbery chicken and bad customer service. I would usually stop in the parking lot to check my order because Ive learned not to go home. Tonight I worked late and ordered on line and didn’t stop to check, only to get home and find out that my order was completely wrong. To make matters worse my receipt was correct, (I paid extra to customize). Also Ive called several times but it goes directly to voicemail. I intend to place a review everywhere I can.

I’m glad they opened this new location which is very convenient and closer in the area. I came in twice, the food was great, good portions and deals. Service was good and friendly!
The chicken sandwich was so bomb! Delicious.
The place is new so, of course, it is be super clean and pretty inside. I hope they could keep it that way.

Absolutely horrendous service. Some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Came to pick up a mobile order and was left waiting for 15 minutes. After what felt like forever, and watching people who ordered before me get their food before me I finally said something… Not harsh but stern. The lead cashier started being extremely rude to me and talking dirt about me to her coworker in Spanish right in front of me. Absolutely terrible.
