Great chicken. Very juicy and flavorful. The fries are seasoned well. They only serve chicken, coleslaw, fries, and Texas toast though. The picture was enough for 2 people. We tried their lemonade and it was really good.

Might have to wait for seating like we did.

This visit was nothing short of amazing!! Thank you Josh, Justin, and the entire staff for making my niece’s birthday special!! We were the first to celebrate a birthday at this new location, and I was very pleased!! The staff took pics with us, and were all so attentive. Our food was hot, fresh, and came out pretty fast! When it was time to sing happy birthday, the entire restaurant (guest and staff included) song to my niece!! We appreciate you all so much!!

We were honestly disappointed with our visit to Raising Cane’s. We didn’t even receive the full four chicken fingers as advertised in the box, which was frustrating right off the bat.

The chicken itself wasn’t good — there were noticeable tendons and connective tissue in multiple pieces, which made it unpleasant to eat. On top of that, there was absolutely no flavor. Very bland overall.

We were expecting juicy, seasoned chicken tenders and left underwhelmed. Definitely not the experience we hoped for.

The food was great. No doubt but when I was in line it said both lanes open and the one I went to they said they had no service on it employee came on then got off time consuming took 30 minutes

Very disappointed with the food that I received. The chicken tenders looked burnt with black specks on them. They did not look fresh at all and the fries also didn’t look fresh. The quality of the food was unacceptable. Will not be visiting this location again.

OK, Raising Cane‘s, I came here today because a friend of my sons said your chicken fingers were better than my beloved Zaxbys. A comment I initially scoffed at. I am a Gen Xer from South Georgia so I remember when asked Zaxbys first arrived on the scene way back in the 90s.

First and foremost, the staff was pleasant and service was fast. Food was hot and ready to go within just a few minutes in the drive thru.

I have to admit, these chicken fingers were down right amazing! As a first timer you have me now as a full time fan. So today it gives me great pleasure to dub Raising Cane as the King of the chicken finger.

Now when is the Douglasville location going to open because this was a 40 minute drive .

PS: Careful with the salt on the fry’s—mine were slightly over salted. But I chalked that up to first day jitters. Overall RC for the win!

Grew up eating Cane’s in LA. Just like I remember it. Sauce was perfection. Chicken and sauce much better than Zaxby’s IMHO. Drive thru line went quickly. Texas toast was smaller than in the 90s but shrinkflation is everywhere. Didn’t go inside the restaurant, so can’t speak to the interior. Order was perfect and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Went to Canes on opening day and got a “nail” in my tire from their parking lot drive through that was fresh from construction…

Pablo was outstanding. Kind and outstanding service. Even made suggestions on food choices. Greeted with “welcome to Canes” made us feel like we were guest’s not customers.

GREAT JOB PABLO!!!!!
