Small dive place, nice staff. The cheese curds are amazing, huge, good batter. Unfortunately we ordered Cajun style, too salty and gross. Order plain they are good as-is. The smoked wings were okay, had a dry rub, again a little over powering with the salt. The BBQ fries were good but the pulled pork was a little muddy, brisket would have been better. The fries were crispy and perfect! Coleslaw totally unnecessary.
The sauces,,, hard time finding one we liked. A Texas style, kind of peppery/spicy and sweet is desperately needed.
Comfortable atmosphere, good drink selection.

Reheating of there Ribs making them very dry. The coleslaw had in my opinion way to much lemon in it, and adding cinnamon to there BBQ sauce isn’t the best of sauce flavors to have on Ribs. Very poor in my opinion with reheating of the ribs to order. Saturday night food should be served fresh not dipping into the freezer to satisfy there customers craving for ture BBQ.

Hole in the wall bbq joint that offers daily specials such as bbq meatloaf. I had rib/brisket combo with smoked mac n cheese. The ribs were not my favorite. Very little smoke flavor and rub. They were dried out and the skin was not removed from the rib side. I added the blueberry bbq sauce to moisten and flavor them, that sauce is 5 stars. If you like hot try the hellfire but have a glass of water handy. The cornbread hush puppies were sweet, hot and moist. The mac n cheese was smothered in cheese sauce and pulled pork. Overall good hole in the wall bbq smokehouse.

I’ve drove by this place to many times. I finally stopped for a quick lunch. Had the Plain Jane Brisket. It was awesome. The food came out quickly and I was back on the road in no time.

We had heard mixed reviews from others, but when we finally got around to trying, we were very impressed with the food quality. Seating is somewhat limited, but the sauces and food selection are very impressive. Will definitely be back.
We tried the prime rib on Saturday, it was excellent. Nice smokey flavor, but not overpowering. It was a perfect medium rare. Comes with sides too, highly recommend.

They have THE BEST deep fried cheese curds, light breading (like beer batter?) and fresh curds. Great cheesy mashed potatoes, shrimp and fish smoke baked or fried to perfection. Rustic, laid back, comfortable dining area. Everything is great; taste, variety, service and atmosphere. Could eat here every day. Awesome place, and they do pig roast catering! Tell Cody Sherrie sent you, love that guy (like a brother).

Just Meh. We’ve been there 4 times. The service has been really good each time.
When they first opened, the portions were good and the food was good. But the last two times we have gone, the prices are high and the portions are small and we haven’t been impressed. It was over $20/person for us, without any beverages. I had some burnt ends (10 dice-sized pieces) for $10 with a side of mac and cheese for an extra $3. My boyfriend had a half-inch thick piece of prime rib, for $20.
The cheese curds are amazing though, and those are the only thing we would go back for.

Right off the bat the place has had a bit of a rough start but they are making a comeback. They still have things to improve on for sure though. Through that they they have good food! I had the Wisconsin i think it was called(?). It’s the one with pork and chicken. It was pretty good! The bun was delicious and so was the meat! However I would have liked more veggies to balance it out a bit. The meat overpowered the other flavors but it wasn’t bad it was a good taste. I didn’t really understand what was going to be on it. Would be nice if they had a take out menu with more in-depth information about the menu because the one posted is not super helpful for first and second time guests. Thank goodness for nice staff.

Went for the fish fry tonight. Fish was delicious as was the shrimp. The smoked mac ‘n cheese is quite tasty and the creamy coleslaw is really really good. Loved the bbq baked beans! Everything we ate was very flavorful and filling. We will definitely be back!

Never had smoked meatballs and spaghetti before. Was absolutely delicious! Came w/creamy coleslaw(that I would have NEVER done at home) and bread. Was really a nice contrast. Portion size will take care of the heartiest appetites. Which reminds me, the husband thought your fries with pulled pork and coleslaw was “awesome”.
