We made a reservation. We were seated in the bar area, which has the better ambiance. The servers wear rock and roll T-shirts which seemed weird at restaurant that has such a high price point?
I ordered one of their specialty cocktails but asked for it on the rocks instead of straight up, no problem.
Bread basket with 3 dips and chowder for starters. The chowder needed more seasoning but had nice chunks of fresh seafood in it.
The entrees were good but pricey. When we asked for another piece of bread our server said it would be 25 cents! Seriously? Our bill was over $100.

Went to Eau Bistro early one evening to find a lovely restaurant and very attentive staff. Sat in bar area with some irritating music selections that didn’t match our perceived vibe of the place, but nonetheless it was a very good meal. Happy hour lasted from 4 to 5 with healthy pours and our server gave us the scoop on choices for meals. Decided on the trout which was light and delicious and the red snapper which was meatier and had hearty, perfectly cooked risotto. Declined on the deserts but worth the look. Check this place out! 2 people 100 dollars.

Someone will assist you immediately as soon as you enter their restaurant, the place is great. We order a full course meal, we recommend the appetizers such as the Wagyu Slider and Crab cake they were awesome! For the entréé we recommend the Snapper as it was unique for the taste, the Linguini is kinda like okay. It has a lot of sauce in it that it turns out to be a soup. For the sides, i highly recommend the Grilled Miso Portobello. I did not snap a picture of the Dark Chocolate Cake truffle with raspberry sauce because it was not that impressive for the taste, it’s kinda pre-made dessert. Your typical cake, nothing new. We were assisted by our server Brian O, i do highly appreciate him for assisting us. All in all great experience, ambiance and the food.

We went to Eau to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived we noticed that there were 2 different dining areas. We ate in the bar area. At first look it was a romantic elegant setting. It had low lighting and candles on the tables. The wait staff was friendly and dressed very professionally in black pants and shirts. Then we noticed that there were big screen tvs over the bar with spots playing and they were playing country music. The bartender was wearing a sweatshirt and jeans. She looked very unprofessional and not at all keeping with the rest of the staff. It was confusing as to what kind of atmosphere they were going for… elegant and romantic or sports bar. The other side of the restaurant was more brightly lit, but looked like a nice area. If that side had dimmed lighting and candles it would be very elegant and romantic. Linen tablecloths would really put it over the top. The menu is definitely fine dining. We had the goat cheese and heirloom tomatoes as a starter and it was superb! For entrees my husband had the New York Strip steak which was tender but lacked flavor and I had the scallops. The scallops were tasty but the plate looked bland. The scallops are white in color and they were served with pureed potatoes all on a white plate. They did give us a free chocolate cake with ice cream and raspberry puree for our anniversary. The dessert was delicious, but the raspberry only consisted of 3 drops on the plate. It was more for presentation than taste. I definitely think this restaurant has potential if they can get their atmosphere worked out.

You can tell that someone with taste opened this restaurant. Food was fresh and delicious. The presentation of every dish was gorgeous. Service was great. Super nice atmosphere. And the apple bread pudding was genuinely probably the best dessert I’ve ever had. Can’t recommend enough!

The food was even better than expected. I got the Tilefish, and my husband got the scallops. Before the meal, we got the tuna appetizer and split a basic salad with the lemon balsamic dressing. Constructive criticism for an otherwise wonderful meal would include two notes. First, the tuna app was fresh but we felt the salad mix it was wrapped around overpowered the delicate flavor of the fish. It was still good, though. Our only real complaint is that the service was too fast. We were having a date night and the courses came very quickly. We arrived at 7 pm and we were sat and through appetizers, salad, main course and dessert before 8 pm. Next time, we will let the server know to pace the meal for us. We will definitely go back and we recommend everyone to give it a try!

The food is exceptional, service is great. Appetizers, entrees and dessert are awesome. We’ve been a couple times and the menu changes slightly every time, food is fresh and consistently good. I tried my girlfriends steak and it was so good it nearly brought a tear to my eye. We can’t wait for our next visit

This restaurant is a true gem! The food is absolutely amazing—each dish is expertly crafted with bold, balanced flavors. The Coconut Mahi Mahi was perfect, and the White Chocolate Apple Croissant Bread Pudding was the ideal sweet finish. The service was top-notch, with attentive, friendly staff who went above and beyond to enhance the experience. From the food to the atmosphere to the service, everything exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
