Incredible experience today! Rose is a absolute rockstar she handled a heavy lunch rush with ease and had my order ready in record time! Literally felt like 5 minutes from when I submitted my order on the app! She even called to clarify a detail to make sure everything was perfect. The subs were delicious and fresh, absolutely perfect! It’s rare to get that kind of speed without sacrificing quality and attention to detail. Thank you Rose! We appreciate you and I hope Subway does too because it is employees like you that make us customers come back! 🙂

I just went in to grab a sub while I wait for my daughter at CSL and I must say Taylor, the cashier was such a delight and gave an amazing and outstanding customer service experience. I wish others were so helpful and so nice as she was she greeted me as soon as I walked in her communication was amazing. Also, we found a common interest with pickles lol but if her manager sees this at all, I literally recommend her getting a raise if not that employee of the month just something special for her because I have never went into an establishment and had such a great customer service as I had today with her and I’ve worked in customer service for 30 years and she did outstanding literally 10 out of 10 Taylor was Very respectful very kind and very helpful. The only negative thing I will say is there was another young lady there with blue or Aqua or teal hair I paid for my food and was waiting there for maybe like five minutes for her to maybe even hand it to me and I asked her can I grab it or what am I supposed to do because it was on the other side of the counter closer to them so I couldn’t reach it that good and she just looked at me as if I was dumb or something. I don’t know, but that’s the only negative thing I have to see other than that like, everything was great just that experience. I was just like standing there feeling stupid and looking stupid waiting for my food to be handed to me.

Robert was my sandwich *artist* and he was absolutely AWESOME!!! He was stuck on his own for at least the last 2 hours of them being open & the poor guy was rushing back & forth to take care of every customer. Regardless of that fact, he was so meticulous with my sandwich & made sure that I felt that it was PERFECT before he wrapped it up for me. I hope his manager or owner sees this, b/c he 100% deserves a raise or a bonus or something! I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but Robert was by far the best employee I’ve ever dealt with.

The staff were super nice. The restaurant was very clean. I hadn’t been here in a while and was pleasantly surprised about the improvements with cleanliness. The prices have definitely increased over time, and I wasn’t expecting this. Would encourage you to check your mail and use coupons since these are just basic sandwiches. You can make your sandwich anyway you want. They were quick and repeated the order back.

I love how there is a Pizza Hut, Burger King, Del Taco, and Home Depot near this Subway that makes this location convenient and the atmosphere positive and resourceful Im proud of that I like how the staff made my meal he did an amazing job I think this location is great the staff did good there were no problems my experience was good and balanced

Christina stayed serene completely nailed it! Every table full at 245p 8/25/25. Excellent Service! Baking bread, making sandwiches, tuning the register and supporting the stuck bathroom door. 7 people in line. AC was cold all was clean. We stayed to eat. Each sandwich was perfect and pretty. A++

I don’t ever do reviews but I was just there got back to work started eating my sandwich that I got guacamole on and the guacamole was bad AND I don’t know if this is a shell on a seed but it has brown in it showing the guacamole is bad, and the customer service was not the best!

I’m so incredibly disappointed it’s unreal.
I ordered online but I guess that was a mistake and if I need to return to this restaurant I’ll make sure to drive over and babysit the employees to make sure that I get what I will be paying for.
