4/12/19 Employee who called was nice about the fryers not working, so no chicken wings, but my pizzas were demolished, almost no crust on them, either something wrong with the oven, or the process not being followed properly, huge bubbles in the crust, and a good 40 to 50% of the crust was missing. Seems like toppings missing too. Not happy at all. Worst pizza I’ve gotten here, usually pretty happy with it.

I tried to order a small pepperoni pizza for delivery; however, the lady who was on the call with me randomly said that the minimum fee was $15 and that I only had $6. Then, she quickly hung up the phone call.

First they were 40 mins late with the delivery. Then the pizza is uncooked. The bacon on it is raw absolutely disgusting. Tried to call was immediately put on hold and left there for 20 mins before I finally hung up. NEVER EVER go to this location.

I ordered a pizza last weekend for my birthday. I’ve had a couple good pizzas from them since I’ve moved here so I figured it’d be decent. I ordered a supreme pizza along with other stuff. When it arrived it smelled heavily of burned mushrooms. The slices were small, and there was hardly any meat on the pizza and way too much crust. If I wasn’t hungry I would’ve returned it. I felt sick the next day. It was unappetizing and horrendous. You wouldn’t think someone would do that to a pizza.

I’ve been going to this location for at least 6 years. Today I had enough. The work ethic in management at this location is beyond not ok. After messing up my order (again), attempted kind interactions, I was told I’d be charged almost $8 to redeliver the missing items from my order. Made me have to drive to the location.
I had stated to the woman on the phone 2, maybe even 3 times that the food had been DELIVERED and that’s why I was calling in the missing garlic cups. She tried to explain to me it was still on the road. Had to repeat myself MULTIPLE times to be understood. She was either high as a kite or actively ignoring what was being said on the phone.
I’m not one to complain on a business page but today’s interaction was the absolute WORST customer experience I have had in many many years.

We ordered a Detroit pizza as we always do when they have it & this time the pizza was delivered uncooked with raw dough & cheese that was not even cooked . We proceeded to call and couldn’t get through to the store it’s self only through a “ call center “ so then we proceeded to head down to the store . We got there they apologized said they’d make a pizza & then we opened the new “ Detroit “ pizza and it was literally a big boxed dinner with sauce on top , clearly not deep dished . At this point we said forget it and ended up tossing the pizza .

Order for delivery, every time something is either missing or wrong. Now my last time every ordering from pizza hut again when sending me the wrong order fully not one thing correct. I called and get asked to call back later. Really I have hungry kids to feed not too mention I tip good. And still get treated like they don’t care about getting orders right.

Ordered pizza at 11 am for grandson’s 4th birthday party at 2pm. It was supposed to be delivered. Never showed up. Called and the manager said it was canceled by an employee who also canceled other orders because they were “busy” They placed our order again and gave us a discount. Still had to wait an hour and a half for the pizza to be delivered. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.

Management was using foul language in front of my wife when she went to pick up our order. She felt uncomfortable to even go back in and ask for plates. The dough from the pizza was even chewy. Lots and lots of grease. Love the Hut, but this experience wasn’t the best.
