I am a frequent seven brew customer at locations across several cities and states, and I have to say the employees here are so incredibly rude and disrespectful and I haven’t seen a seven brew ran so unprofessionally ever.
I was 1 of two cars in the drive through, and I pulled up to the second lane. Three employees just kinda stood in the 7brew and gave me stank faces, and made rude comments about how I was in the second lane instead of the second lane when *you are suppose to pick the shortest lane.* They seemed to believe I couldnt hear them, but my window was cracked so I heard everything.
Its odd to hire individuals that seemingly don’t wanna work at a coffee shop, at a coffee shop. Interesting.
I have never encountered anything like that in this company before. I suggest Enid’s Broadway location instead.

Love the coffee and staff are always friendly. I absolutely HATE how the lines seem to work. They will clear an entire line of cars while the other line doesnt move by a single car. They will have staff take orders for one entire lane and ignore the other lane. What sort of order do these lanes go in?! It would make sense if everyone was in one line an then suddenly started using the other, but they will actively have 2 lanes and 1 gets emptied before the other even moves, even when BOTH lanes had their orders taken at the same time. Just doesn’t make sense that the other lane will have 6 cars leave and then suddenly the other lane starts moving. Make it make sense

the 1/15/26 night crew was the friendliest crew ever. they were super attentive and made sure i enjoyed my drink. they all deserved raises! 🙂

I have been to this location for sometime now. I recently started having issues with them not putting flavoring in my coffee. I did metion that has happened before. I feel the reason they messed on my order was trying out of spite because I complained. Even with me saying I didn’t get my flavorings I asked I feel isn’t a good reason to mess up my order

Coffee is disappointing everytime. First few times we went the coffee was good but lately it’s either too bitter, not hot or no flavor at all (mostly milk). Very disappointing!

Had a business trip out here and needed my morning coffee. I would definitely recommend this location for a fast service and great coffee. I got a Cinnamon Roll frozen coffee, definitely enjoyed it!

They don’t have food items, only drinks. I airways get the same thing but the consistent quality is what brings me back everytime. I’m from Texas and this is the 2nd time I come to this location. They are super quick in all the locations I’ve been to. I just took literally 5 minutes in a line 6 cars deep. Idk how but I had the drink in my hand before I even finished tipping.

My husband and daughter went there to get an Americano with an extra shot for me the young lady, taking the owner with the piercing in her septum and tattoo on her finger, informed my daughter that they don’t have Americano. No explaining to her which my daughter did not because she felt it would be make her feel stupid. if you have espresso, you have Americano, but she didn’t do that instead, she ordered a blonde coffee with a shot of espresso which came to me with milk wasn’t even a coffee with shot of espresso. I don’t use milk. I don’t use sugar and it was nasty and I’m not even sure what it was so I tried to call realizing that there is no phone number to the local store surprise so when you call corporate, which is phone number they give you when you ask for customer service it tells you there’s nobody there Not surprised I will pay double if necessary go to Starbucks or da Vinci’s before I will ever go back to seven brew. They’re not very bright they have zero customer service and no follow-through. It is a franchise that hides behind the corporate name and the corporate phone number so the franchisee does not have to deal with customers. Management nonexistent or this would not have happened.

Music tends to be on the loud side but LOVE the people and all the drinks I’ve tried. They never mess up any details. They also give my dog lots of love. Matcha isn’t as strong / earthy as I’d prefer, but still good. Def love an iced cinnamon roll.
