Stopped by to order a salad. Saw this one had a drive through. Nice! Well nice thought I guess. Waited about 5 minutes and nobody helped. Saw a little sign at the bottom that said “pull up to the windows if you need assistance”. I followed the directions and pulled up..waited a few minutes there. Nobody came up there either. So much for the drive through. Went inside to order to go. Waited at the register for a few minutes….nothing. so I see other customers using the kiosk. Guess the registers were down. Created an account at the kiosk and ordered the salad. Ready to pickup at the cargo counter in 3 minutes. I should have done this from the start.

I ordered my favorite seasonal salad – the strawberry poppyseed with chicken salad. Every year I wait for Panera Bread to bring this salad back. It is one of the tastiest salads ever. The portion size is very good. The salad is extremely fresh. My coworkers had the pizza and a Caesar salad with chicken. They fully enjoyed their food as well. Even my baguette was delicious. The only downfall was the lemonade drinks that we had were not as tasty.

I order through the app and pick up in the drive through frequently for my lunch break. The service is typically pretty quick and orders mostly accurate. The food is delicious and the staff is very nice.

This is the Garden Avo with Egg white. As you can see it’s a tiny slice of avocado that tasted raw…really sad order. Never returning again to this or any Panera.

This has been the 4th time I have visited this location and all 4 times I have waited over 20 minutes for a completed order. I thought it was just a bad day so I gave it another chance and all 4 times they have either took my order then marked an item as unavailable, or the order has been completely wrong. On the 2nd visit I waited over 30 mins for a fruit cup……and those are already prepared they just have to take it out of the fridge. I’ve not had any unpleasant run in with the staff they all seem to be very quiet but they are for sure not in a hurry to fix or prepare your order. The service and quality of food has gone way down but the price of their food has gone WAY up.

Like many places order by kiosk only.No one to ask any questions about their menu. After placing my order for 2 bagels to go and waiting at the counter for 15 minutes i was able to get someone’s attention in the back.They told me give them a minute. A person finally came out and bagged 2 bagels out of the bin. My first and last time coming!!!

Kimberly and Kennedy were really good. Nice place to chill. I had the smoke BBQ chicken sandwich, Fuji apple chicken salad and caramel latte (with almond milk) and they were really good. I would definitely go back.

The salad I got was the green goddess Cobb and it was embarrassingly bad. The tomato’s were rotten and my purple onion was so old it was almost white.
My pomegranate tea had zero flavor.
My husband did like his sandwich at least.
I will not be returning here.
We spent almost $50 for bad food.

The worst Panera I have ever had. They had a few problems with the order but that would not be an issue if it was then solved. But the manager just didn’t care.

This location is abysmal and that’s an understatement. My orders have been wrong the last 3 out of 4 trips…it’s unbelievable. However, the main bright spot at this location is that the manager Nikita was extremely professional and swiftly rectified the issue that I’d experienced yesterday. I understand that there’s a labor shortage and I’m trying to extend some grace to this staff, but they truly need to do better overall. There are too many inconsistencies in items received (ordering the same drink and receiving a different recipe depending on who’s making it), quality of certain ingredients (like frequently serving unripe avocado which is basically not consumable), and plain order inaccuracy. Going to keep my fingers crossed about this location improving the quality of its service, but I’m not too confident. The location on Cloverdale Ave is MUCH better.
