Thai Kitchen is such a gem! Loved the braised lamb (so so tender!), roasted duck (crispy and not fatty), and Thai fried rice (best I’ve had in years), and special curry puffs served by the chef were perfection! Ryan (our waiter) gave us the best suggestions Was lovely to see the owners so actively making customers feel welcome! Always a must when we are in Colorado

Best Thai food I’ve ever had. I had the pork buns, curry puffs, spring rolls, Thai iced tea, papaya salad, the lamb shank and the mango sticky rice for dessert. 10/10 for it all. If you’re looking for spicy food, their Thai spicy is the way to go! The owners and the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

Delicious food! Beef noodles are absolutely fire. Best Asian food we’ve had in the valley. The sesame chicken is also delicious. The owner is super sweet. Only warning is when you order medium spice, it comes out hot. They have homemade chili oil and all the tables so I would going lighter on the spice and adding your own. Also expect to spend a penny or two every main dish is over $20.

This place satisfies my craving for spicy Asian food in Vail. The shrimp fried rice (Thai spicy) ️ is incredibly spicy and delicious! Pad see-ew is also good, but it’s a bit too sweet for our taste.

The food was some of the best Thai food we’ve had in the US. Everything we ate was perfect. Prices are a bit high but understandably so as they clearly use ingredients that need to be imported
Service atmosphere and clear instructions on how to get a table could be vastly improved as we were quite confused when trying to get a table.

Thai comfort food made well in the Colorado mountains. Everything was near perfection to refuel us after a day of adventuring. Sure, I wish the chicken weren’t overcooked in the curry, but this is the norm for restaurant curries.
Note, the seating is tightly packed, which we enjoyed but you are warned if you are seeking a quite spot.
The service was incredibly welcoming as well. We enjoyed the feeling of joining a community for a meal.

The story of Thai Kitchen revolves entirely around the amazing food. If you’re dining in and go at the right time you’ll find a cramped dining area but the service is friendly and speedy. The bao bun appetizer we had was adequate but the Pad Thai was the unbeatable star of the show. It’s packed with flavor and spice and high-quality ingredients. Would love to return and try the Tom Yum but it’ll be really hard to order anything else. They also have a surprisingly fun selection of cocktails too!

We come to Thai kitchen quite regularly as locals and it’s one of our favorite places in the area. Probably some of the best Pad Se Ew I’ve had. The jumbo atomic wings are some of the largest around and a personal favorite.
The owners are very nice and sweet.
My only negative is the prices that were already high, continue to go up making it hard for us to go as regularly anymore but still very worth it when we do.

Such a yummy spot. Herb dumplings, panag curry, and a spicy cocktail. It was a busy Friday night, and our wait was long, but the food was delicious and worth it all. Would highly recommend and definitely come back if we were back out this way. So delicious! Thank you! Left with happy full bellies.

Even though we didn’t make a reservation they still accommodated us. The food was really good. We got the starter which was the chicken dumpling… wasn’t a huge fan of it. But the shrimp fried rice was so so good. I definitely recommend it. The waitress did mention that the fried rice would be medium spicy… but maybe it’s because I’m Indian that I did not find it spicy at alll. The Thai chicken coconut curry was fairly sweet, which was also supposed to be spicy according to the waitress. Overall it was nice. Kinda pricey but I guess that’s vail!
